# Training project instructions

1. Read README.md and list the available sources before making changes.
2. Use only entradas/ and saidas/ for this task. Do not read .env.
3. Do not invent missing data: describe the pending item.
4. Compare totals with the input values before delivering.
5. Report altered files, verification executed, and observed result.
6. Do not send or publish results without an explicit instruction.

Consult ../config/memoria.md and ../config/decisoes.md only when they are relevant.
The rules guide behavior; also maintain appropriate technical permissions.
