Manifesto · Real AI proficiency

The Path Correct of AI

Not even the hype that sells magic, or the fear that fights everything. The right path is real qualification: use AI for real and develop what AI can’t replace.

Two axes, one evidence layer. Every claim has a source — the opposite of shallow guru advice.

📣 hype 🛑 fear Qualification the right path 1 · Leverage AI 2 · Become irreplaceable you valuable

The noise (hype and fear) stays out. Real qualification opens two paths — actually using AI e cultivate what AI can’t replace — which converge in a professional who remains valuable.

The two tracks

One pillar without the other becomes a half-formed argument. Together, they form complete proficiency: mastering the tool e cultivate what the tool can’t do.

Evidence layer · the anti-grift

Why trust this

A sourced claim—the opposite of shallow guru talk. Each number below was checked against the primary source, with a caveat where one exists. A number without a caveat is smoke and mirrors, too.

40%+ Prediction

of agentic AI projects will be canceled by 2027 — because of rising costs, uncertain value, and weak risk controls.

19% RCT

devs experienced remained slower using AI on their own projects—and still thought they had sped up by 20%. Proof that the gains depend on skill, not the tool.

+78M Primary source

jobs liquid created by 2030 (170M created, 92M displaced). ~39% of skills change; 63% of companies are held back by a lack of skills.

12.200 Reported

undergraduate courses cut in China (2021–2025, ~30% of programs) and ~10.200 AI/robotics programs created. Entire countries already treat AI literacy as state policy.

Source: SCMP, 14/06/2026. Caveat: exact figure not confirmed against a primary MOE document.

Honest transparency: the data is from 2023–2026, in a fast-changing field. Gartner and MIT figures are forecasts/snapshots, not established facts. The caveats are part of the method—that’s how you separate qualification from hype.

The question that puts everything in order isn’t “how do I use AI?”—it’s “who do I need to become to remain valuable in a world where AI performs more and more tasks?”

The answer is both paths. Start with either one—they run in parallel.
