Delivering the work doesn’t mean handing over everything. Every task I give the assistant comes with 2–4 non-negotiables — things it can’t touch or violate, no matter how creative it gets:

"Never touch anything in /production."
"The mobile layout is non-negotiable — check it before telling me it's ready." "Don't invent testimonials or statistics. Clearly mark placeholders."
Freedom in the “how,” guardrails around “what matters.” That last point matters more than people think: give a creative model no guardrails and it'll happily make up “500+ satisfied customers” for a client who has 12.
