Make SPARK mine. Ask me my name, my business, and my niche, and have him use them everywhere: he greets me by name when I open the office and drafts for MY niche without being reminded. Then add a HYPE dial on the page from 0 to 100 that controls how loud his writing runs: low is calm and thoughtful, high is full launch-day energy. Save all of it so it sticks.
If something breaks (it will happen; every computer is different, and that’s normal): don’t debug it. Just tell the assistant: "Something's wrong with my SPARK. Here's what happened: [describe the problem]. Fix it." Going back and forth a few times is the method, not a failure.

The first five things to ask it Type these in order and watch your employee clock in.
1 “Pitch me the week.” Six cards land on the table. Your content calendar just wrote itself.
2 “Draft an Instagram caption about [your topic].” Check it against the voice file. It should sound like you on a good day.
3 Paste your worst-performing post and say “fix the hook.” This is where it earns the job.
4 “Turn the hype down to 30 and redo it.” Same idea, different energy. The control is real.
5 “What would you post tomorrow, and why?” It has opinions. Debate with it. It stands its ground.

Everything so far is a draft. This is where SPARK starts interacting with the real world, through Blotato, the API that connects your real social accounts. You’ll need a Blotato account with Instagram connected (automatic DM and inbox features are on paid plans). Don’t have an account yet? Create one at blotato.com/?ref=zubair. Connect my SPARK to Blotato. I have a Blotato account with my Instagram connected, and an API key from my.blotato.com under Settings, then API. Add a small SETTINGS panel to the office where I paste that key, store it in config.json, and test it against Blotato's API so the panel shows CONNECTED only when the key really works. Then look at Blotato's docs for their dm-automations API and tell me in plain English what my SPARK could automate with it.

Add an AUTO DM desk to my SPARK. Using Blotato's dm-automations API with my stored key, let me create a keyword automation for my Instagram: when someone comments my keyword on a post, they get a DM with my link on a button. Show each automation as a card with the keyword, the DM text, and a live toggle. Make every dangerous button a two press arm: first press shows exactly what will happen, second press makes it real. Nothing goes live without my second press.
Honesty about the deep end: this gets basic DM keyword automation up and running, and seeing your first automated DM arrive is genuinely addictive. The production version has more moving parts: Instagram permission scopes, public replies to comments, duplicate protection, and safe testing from a second account.
