MODULE 5.3 · CAPSTONE

🎤 The presentation that seals the deal + Capstone

The package is ready and the offer is defined. All that's left is the conversation that turns everything into a contract: the deck that decides, the SOW that protects the scope, and the meeting led with a method. Finally, the capstone: the Factory running for a real client.

📊 The Executive Deck

The Factory generates a Executive Summary in PPTX, ready for leadership. It's not a list of everything: it's a narrative that leads from pain to decision. The slide order is the order of the conversation.

①Context ②Diagnosis ③Opportunities ④Roadmap ⑤Next step

📊 The structure that decides

  • •Context: where the company stands and why AI matters now.
  • •Diagnosis: maturity, pain points by area, what’s holding things up.
  • •Opportunities: quick wins and where AI pays off first.
  • •Roadmap + next step: 30/60/90-day plan and a clear request.

📜 The SOW (Statement of Work)

The Factory also generates the Statement of Work in DOCX—the document that becomes the contract. It answers three questions: what's included, how much it costs, and how long it takes. A clear scope prevents conflict and protects your margin.

1

Scope (and out of scope)

What's included: diagnosis, deck, roadmap, SOW. NOT included: implementation, hiring, integration. Saying “no” avoids conflict.

2

Price and terms

Fixed fee, payment method, and payment schedule. Anchored to market value (Track 5.2), not your API cost.

3

Timeline and delivery

When each piece is delivered and in what format. A short timeline (days) is part of the differentiator — you deliver fast.

💡 The SOW is half the close

An indecisive client becomes a "yes" when they see the scope in black and white. The SOW turns a vague conversation into a concrete proposal with a price and timeline — and gives the client something to sign.

🗣️ Lead the meeting

The meeting is where the package becomes a contract. Without a method, it turns into aimless small talk. With a simple agenda, it moves from diagnosis to next steps—and ends with a clear ask.

👂
1. Listen to the pain point — let the client describe the problem before showing anything.
🔍
2. Show the diagnosis — connect what it said with what the Factory found.
💡
3. Identify the opportunity — the quick wins and roadmap, from easiest to most valuable.
🤝
4. Propose the next step — the clear request: “shall we start with the complete diagnosis?”

🎬 The demo as a selling point

If you can, run the Factory live (Track 5.1) using the client’s name. Watching the package take shape in real time is more persuasive than any slide—and proves you really deliver fast.

🛡️ Common objections and responses

Those who anticipate objections close more deals. It’s almost always the same three. Having a response ready keeps the conversation under control and conveys confidence—without promising what you can’t deliver.

✓ Objection → response

  • ✓"It’s expensive." Anchor it in value: AI strategy programs cost from US$1,850 to US$28,000 and only teach — you deliver the completed diagnosis.
  • ✓"Is this just AI?" I use AI to speed up research and writing, and I review everything. The judgment is mine; AI is the tool.
  • ✓"How do I know it’s reliable?" The research is live and citable; I review each piece and adapt it to your context.

✗ What not to do

  • ✗Lowering the price at the first hesitation
  • ✗Hide that you use AI in the process
  • ✗Promise “absolute truth” or ready-to-use execution

💡 Transparency defuses objections

The objection "is this just AI?" disappears when you explain the method naturally. The client isn’t buying magic—they’re buying a professional who uses good tools and stands behind the results.

🏁 Capstone: Factory for a real client

It’s proof that everything connects. Choose a real company, run the Factory end to end, review the deliverables, and put together the deck + SOW to present. You finish the course with a real case in your portfolio.

When it’s done, open the Executive Summary and the
SOW so I can review them before presenting.

📊 What the capstone brings together

  • •The Tracks 1–4 pipeline: research, synthesis, skills, agents, and the complete Factory.
  • •Packaging with your brand (5.1) and the 1-page offer (5.2).
  • •The deck and SOW (5.3), ready for the closing meeting.

🧭 Next steps

The Factory is a living asset. Every client you serve teaches you something that goes into the next, sharper version. The course ends here; your machine’s evolution continues.

➕ New deliverables

Add the documents your niche requires — a new prompt in synthesis/prompts/ and it enters the pipeline.

🧩 Skills by industry

Create specialized skills (Track 3) for the sectors you serve. Each one fine-tunes the diagnosis.

📈 Improve the Offering

Use what you learn from each project to refine your niche, pricing, and format. The offer evolves too.

💡 What remains yours

The Factory, the arsenal of skills and agents, the knowledge base, and the offer. Everything you built across the five tracks is a reusable asset—it doesn’t disappear when the course ends.

✅ Module summary

✓
The executive deck leads to a decision — context, diagnosis, opportunity, roadmap, next step.
✓
The SOW protects the scope — what’s included, the price, and the timeline. It’s half the sale.
✓
The meeting has a method — listen, show, point out, ask. And an anticipated objection is a defused objection.
✓
The capstone brings it all together — the Factory from Tracks 1-4 delivering for a real client.

🎯 Capstone Mission — Complete package for a real company

The final project that wraps up the course:

  1. Choose a real company in your niche (5.2).
  2. Run the Factory end to end and review the deliverables.
  3. Package it with your brand (5.1) and put together the deck + SOW.
  4. Prepare to lead the meeting and respond to objections.

Success: complete package + deck + SOW for a real company, ready to present. What you gained: a real case in your portfolio — and an offer that can already become a contract.

👑 You’ve completed the course

Five tracks, from concept to contract. You leave with a working Factory, an arsenal of skills and agents, a defined offering, and a delivered real-world case. Consultant isn't a title: it's what you just built. From here, the machine and the offering are yours to evolve.
