Make CASE speak

Add a voice to CASE. Every reply should be spoken aloud using the browser's built-in SpeechSynthesis (free, no external service). Add an "AUDIO ON" button that arms the audio (browsers block autoplay until a click), and use a lower pitch so CASE sounds like a robot. Keep the text replies too.
