Send CASE on a mission—the magic

Add a second button next to chat called "SEND CASE — DO THE WORK". When I click it, take my text as a mission brief and:

• POST it to a new /mission endpoint that runs your coding agent CLI headless in a

background thread: claude -p "<brief>" with these flags for safety — --permission-mode bypassPermissions and --disallowedTools Bash Write Edit NotebookEdit (so CASE can research the web and read, but can't change my files).

• Show a live "CASE is on it…" status line while it runs.
• When it finishes, show the full report in the feed and have CASE speak a

one-sentence summary out loud. This is the part where CASE actually does real work instead of just chatting.
