Lesson 8 · 12 min

Your channel, in the right order

You’ve seen the whole pipeline. Now put the pieces together in the order they depend on one another: the reel on paper, the rules, the source material, the checked script, the schedule, and the week with a gate. Generate your dated plan, then return to the training overview to see how this step builds on the other three.

Start the lesson
An organized desk with an open planning notebook, a calendar, and a phone standing upright.

In this lesson, you will

  1. 1The order of the pieces and why it matters
  2. 2Your dated plan (.md and calendar)
  3. 3What proves each stage is done
  4. 4Where this step fits in the training

Goal: leave with a dated plan for the 7 exercises in step 4 and know how to say, at each stage, what proves it’s done.

01The pieces, in dependency order

Click each step. Each one uses what came before.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

The extra challenge (3 videos for the same audience, lesson 6) comes in when E4 is done. It doesn’t depend on the schedule.

02Generate your dated plan

Choose a start date and how much time you have each week. The plan accounts for exercises that require real days of use.

03Step 4 in three sentences

Source before videoEvery number on screen has a source, the video, and the exact excerpt. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t go in.
Low cost before high costThe plan, text, and fact check come before the avatar and render. The gate goes where the spending starts.
Rejection becomes a ruleThe schedule runs on its own, but each rejection from you becomes a line in regras.md. The gate only comes down when rejections stop.

04The full training in one video

Where this step fits: terminal, assistant, queues, and social media.
