Lesson 6 · 10 min

Your plan: one step at a time

You’ve seen the four steps. Now make a dated plan, do the exercises in order, and move up only when “done when” is true.

Start lesson

In this lesson, you will

  1. 1Make a dated plan
  2. 2Measure with “done when”
  3. 3Review the whole journey in a video
  4. 4Check what you learned

Objective: leave with a dated action plan and know how to tell whether each step is solid.

  1. 1/5

    Terminal

The foundation for everything. Six exercises take you from your first mkdir to an agent reading your files and citing its sources. Without this step in place, the other three get stuck.

  2. 2/5

    Your Jarvis

Requires step 1 (terminal, folders, and .env). From the plan in meu-jarvis.md to a routine used five days in a row; the memory test takes two days.

  3. 3/5

    Queues

Requires steps 1 and 2. The queue on paper and the homemade queue come before the bot; a night of tasks shows how many finish correctly on the first try.

  4. 4/5

    Social media

Requires the previous three steps: without a queue and a gate, automating social media means posting the wrong thing faster. It ends with a week of manual approval.

  5. 5/5

    The full training

Four steps in order, each with its own exercise list and a verifiable criterion. Move up only when “done when” for the previous step is true.

Required order: each step builds on what the previous one set up.

02Generate your dated plan

Choose a start date and how much time you have each week. The plan accounts for exercises that require real days of use.

03The training in three sentences

Change where you workThe benefit doesn’t come from a new model. It comes from moving work out of chat and into a folder with rules, Git, and secrets kept out of the text.
One step at a timeTerminal, assistant, queue, and social media. Each one builds on the previous step, and “done when” tells you when to move up.
You’re still in chargeA gate before what matters, refusals that become rules, and sources on screen. Automation doesn’t mean letting go.
