Final project: DICA from start to finish at Clínica Vila Serena

Time to bring it all together in a single dossier: the diagnosis from DICA 1 and the pieces from lessons 1 to 7, applied to Clínica Vila Serena, a fictional clinic. You assess the dossier against a rubric before calling it done, and you leave with a 90-day plan with dates. A real case is optional and only with written authorization.

05Final project

Gather what you did in lessons 1 to 7. Where something is missing, do it now. Real case only with the signed authorization.

Build the dossier for Clínica Vila Serena (fictional) or for a real business with written authorization, write the cover last, and score it with the rubric. If you can, ask a colleague to score it too.

Done when: the dossier has the cover and the 6 pieces, the rubric is filled in with a score of 3 or higher on all 5 criteria, and, if the case is real, the signed authorization is attached.
