INEMA.NCIA · the channel’s workbook, turned into a course

Information became free.
Who learned to pay attention became rare — and that’s where everything else is decided.

This course doesn’t promise a shortcut. It calmly brings together what circulated in the channel INEMA.NCIA about the part the machine can’t do for you: how your attention is auctioned off, how perception distorts value, how habit beats motivation—and which human skills remain scarce when everything else has become a commodity.

Why This Exists·Read before the index

§A notebook of conversations, not an info product

INEMA.NCIA began as a Telegram channel— scattered fragments about the neuroscience of attention, perception, habit, persuasion, and the skills that remain when AI takes care of the rest.1 The problem with chat format is that a good idea scrolls up and disappears. This course gathers those fragments, separates signal from what was just a link, and recomposes them into a text you can read at your own pace.

The channel makes the same bet: no magic formula, no promise of transformation in thirty days. There are six short, in-depth tracks—from the neuroscience of focus to viral psychology—and each reads like a session, at your own pace, with the difficult details kept in the margin for whenever you want them.

▸ Going deeper: why “human” is the common thread optional

Optional layer—the index below is enough to get started. As machines write, summarize, and generate, the differentiator shifts to what they can’t do: decide where to direct attention, read your own perception, sustain a habit without applause, persuade without manipulating. At its core, almost everything on the channel revolves around this single thesis—and it’s what organizes the six paths.

No stars, no “+10,000 students” — just the spirit of the channel

“You can’t outsource attention. The machine writes for you; deciding what deserves your focus is still your job — and it’s the job that pays the most.”

INEMA.NCIA · channel synthesis

“A habit is what’s left when motivation runs out. The rest is weather.”

Track 3 · Habits & Determination

The most honest way is simply to start and see whether the tone works for you. Learning Path 1 opens on a reading page, with no sign-up—and you can stop after the first section if it's not for you.
