1.Welcome to INEMA.NCIA
INEMA.NCIA began as a place for conversation about how the mind works and how technology enters that picture — a place where neuroscience and artificial intelligence intersect.1 The channel's opening message already announces this meeting of ideas: using insights from neuroscience to understand how the brain generates new ideas and creative solutions, while AI offers the tools that support this process.
That same initial movement also gives rise to one of the themes running through the channel: emotional intelligence. The welcome message introduces the five pillars defined by Daniel Goleman— self-awareness (recognize your own emotions), self-management (control impulses and stay calm), motivation (persist toward goals), empathy (understanding other people's emotions) and social skills (manage relationships and influence others positively). Together, they form the foundation of self-awareness that the channel explores.
How to read this appendix
This Track 6 is an appendix: the course gathered the scattered topics from the Telegram channel and reorganized them into reading tracks. Here are the resources that point back to the source — the video library and the complete index of topics.2 Access to the space became more direct through the address INEMA.VIP.
▸ Going deeper: materials mentioned in the welcome section optional

The original welcome topic (“General”) is in t.me/c/2414677686/1.
2.Video Library
The channel maintains a dedicated topic for collecting video materials.3 To be honest: in the source material collected, this topic is almost empty of text—it’s more a meeting point for the videos than a text to read. The useful resource here is the topic’s own address, always up to date on Telegram.

For the videos mentioned in the channel’s opening, also see the section Going deeper from Section 1, which preserves direct YouTube links.
