π Prompt #5 - Technical report/opinion
O technical report and the most important document in your professional practice. Opinions, reports, progress reports: they all follow a logic of context, analysis, and recommendation. This prompt turns your notes and data into a structured document, ready for review and signature. The key is to provide concrete data: the more specific you are, the fewer corrections youβll need to make.
π PROMPT #5 - Technical Report/Opinion (Copy and Use)
Introducao (contexto e objetivo do documento) 2.
What the Output Should Include
A well-generated report has 4 signs of quality. Use this checklist to validate it before signing:
All correct and cited
Conclusions follow evidence
Appropriate for the reader
Clear next steps
β When the report works
- βYou provided concrete data (numbers, dates, facts)
- βIs the type of document clear (opinion vs. report vs. expert assessment)?
- βThe recipient has been specified (this changes the technical level)
- βYou reviewed every fact and every number before signing
β When it will go wrong
- βYou didn't provide data: AI fills in with assumptions
- βAsked for a "complete report" without specifying the type or scope
- βDidn't review before sending (a data error = a professional error)
- βSigned without checking whether the conclusions followed from the data
π‘ Golden rule for AI-generated reports
AI structures and drafts. You provides the data and validates. Never sign a document generated by AI without checking every fact and every number. You remain responsible for the technical and professional accuracy. If the AI marked something with [VERIFY], you need to resolve it before sending.
π± Prompt #6 - LinkedIn/Instagram post
Independent professionals who publish content regularly attract 3x more clients through referrals than those who don't publish. The problem isn't a lack of knowledge; it's a lack of time to turn that knowledge into text. This prompt solves the blank-page problem and generates a solid draft in 5 minutes.
π PROMPT #6 - Social Media Post (Copy and Use)
Anatomy of a post that works
Opening hook (first line)
"90% of independent professionals lose clients because of a simple email mistake." A short phrase that sparks curiosity or disagreement. Avoid: "Today Iβm going to talk about..." or "Did you know that..."
Development (body)
3-4 short paragraphs. Each with ONE idea. Add spacing between paragraphs. On LinkedIn, long paragraphs kill engagement. On Instagram, break them into carousel slides.
Real example
An anonymized case from your practice. "A client came in with X, we did Y, and the result was Z." This proves you know what youβre talking about and that itβs not just theory.
CTA (call to action)
"Have you been through this? Tell us in the comments." or "Save this post for when you need it." Questions drive more engagement than statements. On Instagram, "Send this to someone who needs to see it."
π LinkedIn vs. Instagram: practical differences
- Long text works (up to 3000 characters)
- Professional yet approachable tone
- Hashtags: 3-5 maximum, at the end
- Best time: Tue-Thu, 8-10 a.m. or 5-7 p.m.
- Focus: thought leadership
- Visual first (image or carousel)
- Short caption (150 words recommended)
- Hashtags: 10-15, mix niche and broad
- Best time: Mon-Fri, 12 p.m. or 7-9 p.m.
- Focus: quick education + visual authority
π‘ Best times to post
LinkedIn: Tuesday through Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (when professionals check their feeds) or 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (after work). Instagram: Monday through Friday, at 12 p.m. (lunch) or 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (downtime). Saturday mornings work well for light content. Use AI to schedule: "Generate 5 posts for the week, one per day from Tuesday through Saturday."
π₯ Prompt #7 β Short video script (1β2 min)
Short videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) are the format with greater organic reach in 2026. The challenge for independent professionals: condensing years of expertise into 60 seconds without sounding superficial. This prompt generates a structured script you can record right from your phone, with timestamps and on-screen text cues.
π PROMPT #7 - Short Video Script (Copy and Use)
Formato: <Reels / TikTok / Shorts>
Publico-alvo: <quem vai assistir - idade, perfil, dor principal>
Estrutura do roteiro:
Regras:
- Tom: <didatico / direto / informal-profissional>
Script visual structure
Hook
The most important line in the video. It determines whether someone stops scrolling or keeps going. Examples: βThis mistake costs R$ 50 mil per year, and almost no one notices.β / βIf youβre a [profession], stop doing this now.β
Problem
Describe the pain your audience feels. Use "you" to make it personal. "Do you spend 3 hours a week writing reports that no one reads to the end?"
Solution (3 steps)
Deliver real value in 3 numbered points. Each point = 1 short sentence + [ON-SCREEN TEXT] with the summary. Viewers can read it even without audio.
CTA
End with a clear action: "Save this video to use later" or "Follow me for more tips on [field]." Avoid generic CTAs like "leave a like."
π Why short videos work for professionals
π‘ Tip: script test
After generating the script, read it aloud while timing yourself. If it runs over 70 seconds, ask the AI: "Cut 20% while keeping the 3 steps." If the hook doesnβt grab attention, ask: "Rewrite the hook with 3 more provocative alternatives." The hook is responsible for 80% of the videoβs performance.
βοΈ Refining the output β iteration and adjustment
The AIβs first response is almost never the final version. The real power lies in iteration: request specific adjustments until the result is excellent. Professionals who iterate get 5x better results than those who accept the first output. The rule is simple: generate, evaluate, refine, repeat.
Refinement commands (copy and use)
Adjust tone
Reescreva com tom mais <formal / acessivel / direto>. Mantenha o conteudo, mude apenas a forma de comunicar.
Shorten
Corte 40% do texto sem perder informacao essencial. Priorize: dados, decisoes, acoes concretas.
Change the format
Cross-checking
3-round refinement cycle
Every piece of professional content goes through this cycle. In practice, 3 rounds turn a draft into publishable material:
Round 1: Structure
Generate with the main prompt. Evaluate: Does the structure make sense? Are the sections in the right order? Is the data present? If the structure is wrong, revise the prompt before adjusting details.
Round 2: Tone and details
Adjust the tone, correct inaccurate data, ask it to expand or cut sections. Use the refinement commands above. This is the time to add information you forgot in the first round.
Round 3: Polish
Read it aloud. Ask the AI: "Review and correct inconsistencies." Make the final adjustments manually: details only you know, names, exact numbers. Sign it.
β‘ Average iteration time
Total: 7 minutes for publishable content. Without AI: 30-60 minutes.
π Adaptations by profession
Prompts #5, #6, and #7 are universal, but each profession has specific vocabulary, formats, and constraints. A medical report is different from a legal opinion, and an accountantβs post follows different rules than an architectβs post. Hereβs what to adjust in each field to get the most out of the production prompts.
Adjustments by professional field
π©ββοΈ Doctor
Report: use "clinical opinion" or "progress note." Never let AI invent a diagnosis. Include: "based on the tests presented by the patient." Avoid diagnostic conclusions: AI structures the information; you validate it clinically.
Post: avoid providing medical advice. Focus on health education. Always include: "consult your doctor." Engaging topics: prevention, common myths, when to seek help.
Video: simple language (the patient doesn't know technical terms). Ideal format: "3 signs you need to see a [specialist]".
π©ββοΈ Lawyer
Report: use "legal opinion" with legal grounds. Include: "without prejudice to a better judgment" and statutory articles when applicable. AI provides the structure; you check the case law.
Post: translate legalese into accessible language. Topics: "your rights in X," "what the law says about Y." Avoid commenting on ongoing cases or naming parties.
Video: format "3 things you need to know about [legal topic]." Authority + usefulness = engagement.
π Accountant
Report: include the tax period, legal basis (IN, LC, decree). Conclusion: impact in R$ for the client. The AI organizes; you validate the rates and classifications.
Post: seasonal topics (IRPF, IRPJ, DAS, ancillary obligations). Format: "checklist" or "deadline approaching." High engagement during filing season.
Video: "Did you know you can deduct X from your taxes?" Concrete figures + real savings in dollars.
π Architect
Report: use "descriptive report" or "inspection report." Include regulatory references (ABNT, municipal building code).
Post: before/after projects (strong visuals). Topics: trends, common renovation mistakes, "why hire an architect." Instagram works better than LinkedIn in this field.
Video: virtual tour, decorating tips, "3 mistakes that increase your construction costs by 40%." Visuals are essential.
π Quick Adaptation Prompt (Copy and Use)
π― Integrated exercise - create 3 real deliverables
In this exercise, you'll use the 3 production prompts to create 3 real pieces for your professional practice. The goal isnβt just to test the prompts, but to finish this module with publishable material in hand. Use a real case (already completed) as the basis for all 3 pieces.
Exercise outline (20 minutes)
Piece 1: Report (Prompt #5) - 7 min
Choose a real, completed case from your practice. Use Prompt #5 to generate a report/opinion. Refine it in 2 rounds: structure first, then tone and details.
Piece 2: Post (Prompt #6) - 5 min
Draw a lesson or insight from the same case. Use Prompt #6 to generate a LinkedIn or Instagram post. Refine the hook at least 3 times until you find the strongest one.
Piece 3: Video (Prompt #7) - 5 min
Turn the same lesson into a 60-second script with Prompt #7. Read it aloud while timing yourself. If it runs over 70 seconds, ask it to cut 20%.
Bonus: Derivation - 3 min
Use the iteration command: "Turn this report into a 3-paragraph email for the client." You just created a 4th piece from the same foundation. That's the principle of repurposing.
Quality checklist
Self-assessment: Are you ready?
Answer honestly. If you answer "yes" to at least 4, you have mastered production prompts:
π‘ The principle of repurposing
1 real case = 1 report + 1 post + 1 video + 1 email. Professionals who master this workflow produce 4x more content in the same amount of time. AI handles the format conversion; you handle the curation and validation. Thatβs the productivity multiplier that sets apart those who "use AI" from those who "master AI."
