Seven perspectives to uncover risks, challenge assumptions and choose your next step.

7conselho: make better decisions with four AI councils
At a glance

7conselho is a free agent kit for analyzing decisions with four themed councils: strategy, AI technology, foresight and business management. It is for creators, professionals and managers who need to compare alternatives before acting. Each council brings together seven analytical profiles and a chair who organizes assessments, critiques and a recommendation with conditions. To use it, open the files in an assistant such as Claude Code or Codex through your subscription and describe your decision.

One question. More than one way to think.

The chair leads. The profiles challenge. You decide with the reasoning in view.

Different perspectives

Choose a council to match the problem: a business venture, an AI project, a future scenario or a management decision.

Purposeful disagreement

The profiles must identify risks in their own choices. Quick agreement opens the door to defending a competing alternative.

Conditions for action

The conclusion should state what to test, the loss limit and the signal that calls for revisiting the decision. “More data is needed” is a valid answer.

Choose your council

Four councils, seven profiles each. The names are thematic references: the real people do not participate in or endorse the recommendations.

Entrepreneurial strategy

Compare options for products, growth, execution and cash flow.

  • Jeff Bezos — Strategy
  • Paul Graham — Product
  • Alex Hormozi — Offer
  • Gary Vaynerchuk — Distribution
  • Dan Martell — Capacity
  • Gino Wickman — Execution
  • Warren Buffett — Cash flow

Which project should you prioritize? Compare launching a tool, improving the current one or postponing. Provide your audience, observed demand, deadline, team and budget.

Three rounds. A complete record.

The initial preference stays with the chair until the first round ends, to reduce its influence on the assessments.

Flow: question, data, assessments, debate, votes and action
Briefing→1. Assessments→2. Critiques→3. Votes→Recommendation

When subagents are available and authorized, the first round uses separate contexts. Without this capability, the assistant must disclose that it simulated the perspectives on its own. Seven votes do not equal seven independent pieces of evidence.

Start with a concrete decision

You need access to an assistant that can read local files. The kit does not call model APIs or run AI on this page.

1

Download the project

Download the ZIP, extract the files and open the folder in your assistant.

If you already use Git, this is the alternative:

git clone https://github.com/inematds/7conselho.git
cd 7conselho
2

Choose a council and provide context

Copy this request into your assistant. Replace the decision and data with your own case. The identifiers are original, ia, futuro and gestao.

Read skills/7conselho/SKILL.md and use the ia council.
Decision: how can I reduce my team’s manual work?
Alternative A: simplify the current process.
Alternative B: test an assistant with human review.
Goal: I will provide the success metric.
Data: I will provide current volume, errors and hours spent.
Limits: I will provide budget, deadline and team.
Before voting, ask for any missing essential data.

The complete template is at templates/briefing.md (in Portuguese).

3

Read the arguments and choose a test

The chair records the assessments, critiques, votes and report in the sessoes/ folder. Check the assumptions and assign responsibility for the next experiment.

Show the main disagreement, the missing data
and the condition that would make the council change its recommendation.

What this version provides

Available in the kit

A chair in Markdown, 28 profiles, a choice of four councils, a briefing and instructions for recording three rounds and a report. Guide in Portuguese, English and Spanish; agent files in Portuguese.

Future developments

An in-depth collection of each specialist’s work, evaluation against real decisions, a history dashboard and PDF export. These features are not yet implemented.

Scores compare alternatives; they do not measure the chance of success. The council can abstain or recommend postponing. Recommendations do not automatically execute business actions.

References and transparency

The new profiles include initial public references from authors, institutions or publishers. The questions and analysis rules are original work. The original council is based on the focus areas described in the creation brief.
