If the next AI wipes out your work, you were polishing the tool

Stop selling automation. Start selling method. In seven hands-on lessons, you put agents between you and your team, build an assistant that only acts with your confirmation, organize agents by function, and package your lead-generation method so you can repeat it in any business.

The lessons

From management that runs on its own to a method you repeat. Each lesson has a diagram, a template to copy, practice with a "done when" and a commented test.

  1. Lesson 1 · 14 minThe company in 3 layers: you coordinate the agents, the agents serve the teamThe business owner becomes the filter for everything: invoices, email access, CRM bonuses. To the person asking, it's urgent; to the business, it's rarely important. In this lesson you put a layer of agents between you and the team and write the contract for the first one.
  2. Lesson 2 · 15 minThe assistant in chat: a meeting becomes a task, a purchase waits for your "Confirm"An assistant that only talks helps very little. What changes your day is an assistant that pulls the task out of the meeting, puts it in the right quadrant of the matrix, attaches the document and prepares the action with a button. In this lesson you set up that routine and understand Google's "unverified app" warning.
  3. Lesson 3 · 16 minThe agent orchestra: one agent per role, with written context and rulesA company's director is a conductor: purchasing, marketing, sales and finance play together and the director coordinates. It works the same with agents. Instead of one assistant that knows a little about everything, you build one per role, each with its own context, its own rules and its own model, running on a server that stays on 24 hours a day.
  4. Lesson 4 · 13 minEverything with tongs: each agent's model and the tool that comes in (or not)Every week a new repository shows up promising everything. Handle it with tongs: before installing, ask your AI whether it fits your stack and what you gain. And don't use the same model for everything: each agent can have its own, among the best, the economical and the free.
  5. Lesson 5 · 16 minWhere the money is: software became a commodity, the method didn'tToday an agent can reverse-engineer almost any software, and an automation takes minutes. Selling that on its own got cheap. What repeats and holds value is the method: lead generation, management and administration connected, documented and packaged to apply to any business.
  6. Lesson 6 · 17 minOne angle from the ad to the salesperson: congruence and selling by askingA generic ad attracts generic people. When the ad speaks to one pain point, the landing page, the first message, and the salesperson have to speak to that same pain point. And the salesperson opens by asking, not presenting: "juniors sell by talking; seniors sell by asking."
  7. Lesson 7 · 15 minHuman judgment: the new-model test and your customer's sensitive dataIf a new model comes out and your work disappears, you were working the tool. If a new model comes out and you just get faster, you were working your judgment. In this lesson you run that test, learn to separate sensitive data before plugging AI into your customer's information, and learn to prospect before you have social proof.

Who it's for

  1. 1Small business owners who have become the filter for every request from the team.
  2. 2Consultants and agencies who sell automation and feel the price dropping.
  3. 3People who already use AI agents and want to organize their work.

What you walk away doing

  1. 1A contract for your first agent, with what it handles and what it never does.
  2. 2A map of your agent team and the written rules for each one.
  3. 3Your lead-generation method documented, with the ad and landing page at the same angle.
  4. 4A plan for sensitive data before you plug AI into the client.
