Build your method|INEMA.CLUB-PRO

Lesson 5 · 16 min

Where the money is: software became a commodity, the method didn't

Today an agent can reverse-engineer almost any software, and an automation takes minutes. Selling that on its own got cheap. What repeats and holds value is the method: lead generation, management and administration connected, documented and packaged to apply to any business.

Start the lesson
Open dark-covered notebook with a hand-drawn flowchart, a pen beside it.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1The three blocks of a business: lead generation, management, administration
  2. 2Find the real bottleneck
  3. 3The parts of a lead generation method
  4. 4Package and document: do it once, apply it always

Goal: document the parts of your lead generation method and write the step-by-step of one of them so you can repeat it in another business.

01A business in three blocks

Tap each block. The bottleneck is almost always in the first one.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

Don't build a product just to build one: lean on ready-made tools (CRM, accounting) and spend your effort on the method.

02From software to method

Four ideas.

1. Commodity

Standalone automation is built in minutes with an agent. Software can be cloned by reverse engineering.

If your product is only that, the price will drop.

03Templates to copy

The list is a starting point. Your method will have your own pieces.

WHAT IT'S FOR: <one line>
INPUT: <what must exist beforehand>
OUTPUT: <what exists afterward, and where>

HOW TO CHECK: <what to look at to know it worked>

04Practice

Think about the business you serve or want to serve.

1 · Where the bottleneck is

10 min

Write down the business's three blocks (lead generation, management, administrative) and give each a score from 0 to 10 for how organized it is.

Done when: you have the three scores and can say which block is the bottleneck.

2 · METODO.md

40 min

Copy the list of pieces, remove what doesn't fit, add what's yours, and mark what already exists.

Done when: METODO.md has at least 8 pieces, each one marked as exists or missing.

3 · A runbook

30 min

Pick a piece you already do and write its runbook using the template.

Done when: the runbook has an input, an output, at least 3 steps, and a "how to check".
