# Listing Readiness Snapshot in 60 Seconds

Skill Purpose

Perform a quick ad-readiness assessment of a website or business without starting subagents. Fetches the homepage, assesses the strength of the value proposition, offer clarity, CTA quality, landing page readiness, and presence of trust signals. Generates a compact scorecard with a platform recommendation and estimated starting budget. The total output must be under 40 lines.

When to Use

When NOT to Use

How to Run

Step 1: Search and Analyze the Homepage

Use WebFetch to retrieve the homepage content. Extract these elements:

WebFetch(url) -> Analisar:
1. Headline / Seção Hero — Qual Ă© a promessa principal?
2. Proposta de Valor — Está claro o que eles vendem e por que isso importa?
3. CTA(s) — Que ação estão pedindo aos visitantes?
4. Oferta — Há uma oferta específica (preço, teste grátis, desconto)?
5. Sinais de Confiança — AvaliaçÔes, depoimentos, selos, logotipos de clientes, certificaçÔes?
6. Qualidade Visual — Imagens profissionais, branding consistente, design moderno?
7. Indicadores Mobile — Sinais de responsividade, carregamento rápido?
8. InformaçÔes de Contato — Telefone, e-mail, chat, endereço visĂveis?

Step 2: Score 5 Dimensions

Evaluate each dimension on a scale of 0 to 20:

1. Value Proposition Strength (0–20)

ScoreCriteria
17-20Extremely clear about what they do, for whom, and why it’s better. Unique mechanism stated.
13-16Clear offer, implicit target audience, some differentiation.
9-12Generic value proposition that could apply to many businesses.
5-8Vague or hidden value proposition. Requires effort to understand.
0-4No clear value proposition. Visitors wouldn’t know what this business does.

2. Offer Clarity (0-20)

ScoreCriteria
17-20Specific offer with a price, clear next step, and an element of urgency/scarcity.
13-16Visible offer, but no urgency or specific price.
9-12Generic "Contact us" or "learn more" with no defined offer.
5-8No clear offer — visitors have to search to find out what to do next.
0-4No offer. No price, no CTA, no next step.

3. CTA Quality (0-20)

ScoreCriteria
17-20Strong, specific CTA above the fold. Action-oriented language. Multiple CTAs in logical places.
13-16CTA appears above the fold, but is generic ("Learn More," "Contact Us").
9-12CTA exists, but is below the fold or difficult to find.
5-8Weak or confusing CTAs. Multiple competing actions without hierarchy.
0-4No visible CTA. No clear path for visitors to take action.

4. Landing Page Preparation (0-20)

ScoreCriteria
17-20Fast-loading, mobile-friendly, professional design, conversion-optimized layout.
13-16Good design and reasonable load times, but not optimized for conversions.
9-12Functional, but with dated design, some UX issues, and average loading time.
5-8Slow, outdated, poor mobile experience, or cluttered layout.
0-4Broken, extremely slow, or unprofessional. Would hurt ad performance.

5. Trust Signal Presence (0-20)

ScoreCriteria
17-20Multiple trust signals: star ratings, testimonials with names/photos, customer logos, certifications, media mentions.
13-16Some trust signals present (reviews or testimonials, but not both).
9-12Minimal trust signals — perhaps a generic “trusted by” statement without specifics.
5-8Almost no social proof. Only basic contact information as a trust signal.
0-4No trust signals. Anonymous site with no credibility markers.

Ad Readiness Score = Sum of all 5 dimensions (0-100)

Stage 3: Determine the Platform Recommendation

Based on the business type and readiness score, recommend the best platform to start with:

Business TypeMain PlatformWhyMinimum Budget/Month
Local ServiceGoogle Ads (Search)High-intent search traffic$500-$1.500
E-commerceMeta (FB/IG)Visual products, impulse purchases$1.000-$3.000

GoalGoogle SearchCapture high-intent searchers prompted by your social ads

YouTubeGoalRetargeting Video Viewers with Direct Response Ads

CPC ranges by industry and platform:

IndustryGoogle Search CPCMeta CPCLinkedIn CPCTikTok CPC
Local Services$3-$12$0.80-$2.50N/A$0.50-$1.50
E-commerce$0.50-$3$0.40-$1.50N/A$0.20-$0.80

Restaurant/Hospitality$0.50-$3$0.30-$1.00N/A$0.20-$0.60
Agency/Consulting$3-$10$1.00-$3.50$5-$12N/A

Expected CPA by Business Type:

Course (enrollment)$20$60$120Webinar funnel lowers CPA
Restaurant (visit)$3$10$25Tracked via supply redemption

Step 5: Quick Competitor Check

Before finalizing the snapshot, do a quick check for competitive signals:

WebSearch Query:

"[Industry]" "[City]" ads OR advertising OR sponsored

Note: Are competitors actively advertising? If yes, the market is validated but competitive. If not, there may be an opportunity, or the market may not support paid ads.

Step 6: Generate Readiness Verdict

Score RangeVerdictRecommendation
80-100Ready to LaunchLaunch ads immediately. Focus on testing and scaling.
60-79Almost ReadyFix 1-2 gaps first, then launch. Allow 1-2 weeks for preparation.
40-59Needs WorkSignificant improvements needed before ads are effective. 2-4 weeks.
20-39Not ReadySerious problems with the landing page and offer. Fix the fundamentals first. 4-8 weeks.
0-19Reconstruction RequiredThe site/offer needs a major overhaul before any ad spend.

Output Format

Output directly in the terminal. DO NOT save a file. Keep the output under 40 lines.
