Social media on autopilot, with sources on screen
A reel in 7 steps, videos for different audiences, and a channel in your niche that watches the top performers, checks every number, and publishes only what you approved. In eight lessons, you’ll build the whole workflow: rules, a source-backed knowledge base, a checked script, a schedule, and a gate.

The lessons
Follow the workflow: start with the script, then set up the rules and source-backed knowledge base, check the script, make videos for different audiences, and finish with the schedule and gate.
Lesson 1 · 15 minA channel pipeline with sources on screenThe finviral, saudeviral, and advviral radar tools automatically make one video a day about what the biggest names in the niche have published, with the source for every number on screen. r7e and promoavatar make reels and videos for each audience. Before you build your own, see the whole pipeline and what each tool does.
Lesson 2 · 18 minThe reel in 7 steps: plan before the scriptr7e gives you the script: seven trigger points, from a hook with a number to a request for comments. It took four batches of reels to reach the r7ex standard: the content worked when the plan came before the script, and the format worked with a TV-news finish. Here you’ll learn the plan, the seven parts, and the speaking rules.
Lesson 3 · 16 minThe 5 in your niche and the rules that never changeA radar is only as good as the sources it watches and the rules it follows. Finance, health, and law use the same engine, but each niche has its own required disclaimer, what counts as a fact, and what never goes live. In this lesson, you’ll choose your references and write the rules for your niche.
Lesson 4 · 18 minThe sourced database: every number with the exact quotebase.md is the heart of the channel with sources. Every number that appears on screen goes in with who said it, the video, the date, and a quote copied from the transcript without edits. A script checks each quote; if one isn’t there, the video is discarded. Here you’ll build your database and checker.
Lesson 5 · 17 min60-second script with the source on screenWith the source file ready, the agent writes the script using only what’s in the file. The roundup opens with the date and the strongest number, covers each topic with a note about who said it, and ends with a question and an invitation. Before it becomes a video, the script goes through verification: if a number isn’t in the source file, the script goes back.
Lesson 6 · 17 minOne topic, different audiences: promoavatar and promoavatar3The same topic won’t persuade a young person and a retiree in the same way. promoavatar writes a script for each of 12 audiences; promoavatar3 writes three for the same audience: reach, authority, and promotional. In both, the bot writes and stops. You approve before spending on the avatar and rendering.
Lesson 7 · 18 minSchedule with a gate: the channel runs on its own, you decideThe schedule turns the pipeline into a channel: one run a day, at a set time, without you having to remember. But a schedule without a gate means posting the wrong thing faster. In this lesson, you’ll write the timer, decide what happens on a day with no topic, and run a week approving each video until you stop having to reject them.
Lesson 8 · 12 minYour channel, in the right orderYou’ve seen the whole pipeline. Now put the pieces together in the order they depend on one another: the reel on paper, the rules, the source material, the checked script, the schedule, and the week with a gate. Generate your dated plan, then return to the training overview to see how this step builds on the other three.
Who this is for
- 1Anyone who has completed steps 1–3 (terminal, your own assistant, and queue) and wants to bring that work to social media.
- 2Professionals and creators in a niche who want to post regularly without making up numbers.
- 3Anyone who guides teams or clients and needs a responsible method for automating content.
What you’ll be able to do
- 1Write a reel in 7 steps from a plan with a potential score.
- 2Create canais.md, regras.md, and base.md for your niche, with the exact passage behind each number.
- 3Ask the agent for a 60-second script and flag anything that doesn’t match the knowledge base.
- 4Write the schedule (timer) and run it for a week with a gate, turning every rejection into a rule.
