Lesson 1 · 15 min
A channel pipeline with sources on screen
The finviral, saudeviral, and advviral radar tools automatically make one video a day about what the biggest names in the niche have published, with the source for every number on screen. r7e and promoavatar make reels and videos for each audience. Before you build your own, see the whole pipeline and what each tool does.
Start the lesson
In this lesson, you will
- 1The six stations in the pipeline
- 2What each tool does: r7e, promoavatar, and the radar tools
- 3Why the queue and gate come before automation
- 4Your channel profile
Goal: explain the six stations in a channel pipeline with sources, and choose which tool your channel starts with.
01A radar pipeline (finviral, saudeviral, advviral)
The same engine powers all three: only the channels, rules, and schedule change.
Scroll down: each step below lights up its part of the diagram.
- 1/7
Collection
Lists videos from the channels in
canais.json(metadata only, using yt-dlp), downloads the audio, and transcribes it on your own computer with inemavox (Whisper large-v3). No paid API is used at this step. - 2/7
Sourced database
The agent reads the transcripts and records each number or fact with who said it, the video ID, the date, and the exact transcript excerpt. This is the only source material the script can use.
- 3/7
Script
Using your subscription and no API,
claude -pwrites the lines and visuals toroteiro.jsonand the approval text tolegenda.txt, always based on the database. - 4/7
Review
checar.pychecks whether each excerpt from the database is actually in the transcript, whether the numbers in the spoken lines are spelled out, and whether the niche disclaimer and CTA appear. If it fails, the script gets one revision. If it fails again, the video is not made. - 5/7
Avatar and video
Nei's avatar comes from the HeyGen studio (subscription). If that fails, the fallback is a version with a photo and local voice. The stage is a page rendered frame by frame, with counters, word-by-word captions, and the source on screen in every scene.
- 6/7
Publishing
The video goes to the YouTube channel through
yt-pubxand always to the Telegram bot. The bot receives one of three things: the video, "no topic" (a slow day doesn't become a video), or "failed at X". - 7/7
The full pipeline
Collection and transcription feed the database; the database constrains the script; review blocks anything without a source; the avatar and stage assemble the video; publishing always lets you know. Each station is a lesson in this course.
Without a queue and a gate, automating social media means posting the wrong thing faster. That's why this is step 4: it uses the terminal, assistant, and queue from the previous steps.
02What each tool does
Click each one. They are all open repositories from INEMA.
1. r7e and r7ex
You provide a strong idea, and get a 30 to 40 second 9:16 reel using the 7-step trigger script, from the number hook to the request for a comment.
r7e (reel7etapas) provided the script; r7ex is the new standard (10/18/2026), with a TV news finish. Lesson 2 of this course.
One idea for the day → one reel with an avatar, panels timed to the spoken lines, and "comment WORD" at the end.
2. promoavatar
One topic becomes a script for each of 12 audiences (young people, adults 40+, entrepreneurs, educators…), each with its own trigger and channel.
The bot writes and stops: you approve before spending on the avatar and rendering. Lesson 6.
"/promoavatar" → 12 scripts, 2 gates, 12 reels delivered to each audience’s channel.
3. promoavatar3
The same topic yields three scripts for the same audience: reach (to be shared), authority (to be saved), and promotional (to connect a pain point to a solution).
Recommended publishing order: reach → authority → promotional. Lesson 6.
"| alvos=jovens-alc,jovens-aut,jovens-pro" → three videos for young people, with different CTAs.
4. The radars (xviral)
They watch what the biggest names in the niche have published, check every number against the transcript, and publish one short video a day, with the source on screen and the niche disclaimer.
Finance, health, and law use the same engine; only the channel list, rules, and schedule change. Lessons 3, 4, 5, and 7.
Monday-to-Friday timer → a 40- to 60-second video about what they said yesterday and the day before, or "no topic".
03Your channel profile
Copy and fill this out before any automation. It guides the rest of the course.
# My channel ## Niche - Topic: - Audience (who watches): ## Where to start - [ ] r7e (a reel about one thesis) - [ ] promoavatar (one video per audience) - [ ] niche radar (what the biggest names said, with source) ## Schedule - Frequency: - Run time: ## Safety - Required niche disclaimer: - Who approves before publishing: - Where failure alerts go (e.g., bot on Telegram):
- finviral: finance, Anbima FInfluence ranking Top 10, runs at 02:00, disclaimer "not investment advice".
- saudeviral: health, doctors, nutritionists, and psychologists with the largest audiences, runs at 05:00, disclaimer "does not replace a medical consultation" and SEM CONSENSO label.
- advviral: law, 10 YouTube lawyers, runs at 08:00, disclaimer "does not replace advice from a lawyer".
Transcript-based collection, base.md with a verbatim excerpt, script written by claude -p through the subscription, checked by checar.py, avatar made in the studio, frame 0 with the date and strongest number, comment hook, and CTA to inema.club.
The schedules differ so they don’t compete for the GPU and HeyGen.
