r7e gives you the script: seven trigger points, from a hook with a number to a request for comments. It took four batches of reels to reach the r7ex standard: the content worked when the plan came before the script, and the format worked with a TV-news finish. Here you’ll learn the plan, the seven parts, and the speaking rules.
1The five fields in the plan, before you write the script
2The seven parts, with the real example of the hacker reel
3The speaking rules: length, numbers written out, CTA
4What the four batches taught us
Goal: write a 30 to 45 s reel in 7 steps based on a plan with an audience, a desire, a hook with a number, a rating, and a destination.

Plan
Person, what they want, a hook with a number or fact, potential rating, and destination on inema.club. Below 7, change the angle or topic before writing any script.

2/6
Form
python3 r7ex.py novo <slug> creates the form from the template. You write the plan, opening, seven parts (script, image or screenshot, panel), CTA, and where to publish.
3/6
Check
r7ex.py checar requires 7 parts, a script from 550 to 700 characters, and every panel or counter word to appear in that part’s script.
4/6
Make
Images by Codex, avatar by the HeyGen studio (only with written approval in APROVADO_HEYGEN), scene, render, and review sheet. You review the opening title and the sheet before sending.
5/6
Queue
It goes to the bot on Telegram and joins the end of the channel queue (1 every 2 hours). Never upload directly: the queue spaces out posts and gives you time to hold a video.
6/6
The whole process
No avatar or render before the plan and the plan sheet gate. The costly parts (avatar, images, render) only start once the cheap part (text) has passed.
Example from the r7ex repository. For your channel, the order matters: plan → form → gate → media → review → queue.
02 · The 7 parts, in the hacker reel
Real example from r7ex (published reel). The order of parts 2 to 6 adapts to the topic; there are always seven parts of ~30–40 s.
1. Hook
Fear, something new, or a provocation, with a number or fact. Never defuse the trigger in the same sentence.
LineHackers broke into OpenCode… US$ 1.700 in one night.
2. Fear or proof
Show why it affects the person watching. You can also use proof: "it’s happened 3 times already".
LineThe key is the password the AI uses… yours could be next.
3. Desire
The person imagines being on the other side of the problem.
LineImagine sleeping easy, knowing that… the loss has a cap.
4. Ease
Answer "I’m not technical" or "I don’t have time" before the person scrolls away.
LineYou don’t need to be an expert or a programmer.
5. Discovery
This is where you introduce the solution or method, preferably in three items.
LineThree adjustments: a limit, one key per use, an alert…
6. Benefit
What life looks like afterward, or "take advantage before…".
LineThe scare turns into an alert on your phone…
7. Comment
The fixed closing points to inema.club and asks for a comment. In reel7etapas, the request is "comment WORD"; in r7ex, "ask me for the link".
LineIt’s all at inema dot club. Or ask me for the link here in the comments.
03 · Your reel plan and script
Fill out the plan first. If the score is below 7, change the angle before writing the line.

# Reel plan
- Person (who's watching):
- What they want (one sentence: gain something, solve a pain point, reach a desire):
- Hook (fear, something new, or a provocation, with a number or fact):
- Source for the number:
- Potential score (0–10) — "would a stranger stop scrolling here?":
- Destination (the page that solves it, becomes the proof screenshot):

Total line: 550 to 700 characters (~30–40 s).
request to the agent
Based on the plano.md below, write the line for a reel in 7 parts
(hook with the number, fear or proof, desire, ease, discovery with
3 items, benefit, comment). Rules:
- 550 to 700 characters total;
- spell out numbers and years in the line;
- no part ends with a number by itself;
- don’t make up numbers: use only those in the plan, with the source;
- the first sentence never starts with "Imagine", "Hello", or "In this video".

Repository example
Batch 1 (hook = promise, blurred photo): no views on TikTok or Instagram.
Batch 2 (only the hook became a trigger with a number): better, "still standard".
Batch 3 (plan before the line, strong claims, fixed CTA, real screenshots): the content hit the mark.
Batch 4, r7ex (same line, TV news finish): the style hit the mark. Standard since 10/18/2026.
Line should be 550 to 700 characters. Spell out numbers and years because the avatar reads them; the captions switch them to numerals. Never make up a number; say "free" only when the page says so.
The plan targets a general audience (AI translated into everyday terms), not a niche, because the reel aims to bring in new people.
04 · Practice: your reel on paper
Exercise 1 in sequence 4.
E1 · One reel in 7 steps, on paper
20 min
Fill out plano.md and write a 30- to 45-second reel for your niche using the 7-part template. Read it aloud while timing yourself.
Done when: you can read it aloud in under 45 s, the plan scores 7 or higher, and the first sentence grabs attention (following the r7ex standard: the hook uses a number or fact).
The original exercise list says “the first sentence already states the benefit.” The r7ex standard (10/18/2026) replaced the benefit with a hook using a number, after batches that got no views. Exercises: jornada-agentes/exercicios/04-redes.md.

Question 1 of 4
Your plan scored 5 on “Would a stranger stop scrolling here?” What should you do?competency
Correct
Below 7, change the angle or topic. The plan is there so you can make mistakes cheaply (in text), not expensively (with the avatar and render).

Question 2 of 4
Which of these is a hook that follows the r7ex standard?
Correct
Hook = a trigger (fear, news, or provocation) with a number or fact. “Spends less” is a promise, the hook from batch 1, which got no views.

Question 3 of 4
Why does the script spell out “one thousand seven hundred” instead of “1,700”?
Correct
The avatar reads the text as written. Spelled out, it’s pronounced correctly; the on-screen caption shows the numeral.

Question 4 of 4
What did the four batches show?
Correct
The content and format were corrected in separate batches. r7ex combined the script from batch 3 with the engine from batch 4.
