Professional: selling and delivering SEO + AI as a service people can trust

Building got easy; trusting what was built did not. In eight lessons you learn to sell diagnosis, plan, measured follow-up and teaching, instead of position 1 or 500 articles. Diagnosis, 30/90/180 plan, proposal with limits, delivery with agents, monthly report, written authorization and an offer ladder.

A consultant shows a one-page report to a small business owner at a simple meeting table.

The lessons

In the order of the work with a client: what to sell, diagnose, plan, propose, deliver, report, protect and prospect.

  1. Lesson 1 · 15 minWhat to sell: a measured non-branded result, not position 1The client comes asking for first place on Google, 500 articles, or to "show up in ChatGPT." Nobody controls that, and whoever promises it loses the client in month 6. What you can sell is what you control and can prove: diagnosis, plan, measured follow-up, and training.
  2. Lesson 2 · 20 minDiagnosis: the delivered HTML, AI readiness and the questions in the AIsThe diagnosis is the first deliverable and the entry point of the sale. Three parts, all read-only: what the server delivers to the search engine, how ready the site is for AI and agents, and whether the client shows up when someone asks the AIs about their niche. It all fits on one page.
  3. Lesson 3 · 18 minFrom diagnosis to the 30/90/180 plan, by impact × effortThe diagnosis tells you what's wrong. The plan tells you in what order to fix it, who does it and how you know it worked. The order that worked at INEMA: foundation and measurement in the first 30 days, content afterward, authority and other languages only when the index responds.
  4. Lesson 4 · 17 minProposal and scope: four blocks, deliverables and limitsThe proposal turns the plan into a commitment. It says what you deliver, what you don't deliver, and what the client needs to do. A clear scope avoids the month 4 fight, when the client thinks "SEO" included everything, up to position 1.
  5. Lesson 5 · 18 minDelivery with agents: one folder per client, human gates and secrets kept outAgents do the repetitive work: run the X-ray, build the report, suggest titles, write the draft. What gives the client confidence is that nothing goes live without a human approving it, and that their password is never in your repository. One folder per client, always with the same structure.
  6. Lesson 6 · 17 minMonthly client report: one page, even at zeroThe monthly report is what the client sees of your work. If they can't understand it in two minutes, it doesn't matter what you did. One page: the non-branded number, the indexing of the key URLs, the target queries, the question set across the AIs, and one decision you ask of them. And when the number is zero, you say it's zero.
  7. Lesson 7 · 17 minEthics, risk and written authorizationA client request can take down their entire site: a network of sites, a thousand articles, forced indexing. You need to refuse by name, explain the risk and offer the safe path. And before touching anything, get in writing what you are allowed to do. An SEO diagnosis reads the site the way a search engine does: it is not a pentest.
  8. Lesson 8 · 20 minProspecting and combined offer: from teaching to ongoing supportSelling website building has become a price fight. What sells well is a ladder: teach, diagnose, support, and review, all the way to the monthly report. Prospecting changes too: you show up with a public finding about the person's site, not a package. And your own site, measured honestly, is the best proof.

Who it's for

  1. 1Freelancers, agencies or consultants who want to sell SEO and AI visibility without promising what no one controls.
  2. 2People who have taken the site-owner courses (or know the equivalent) and now want to look after other people's sites.
  3. 3People who lose bids to those who promise "first place in 30 days" and want an offer that still holds up in month 6.

What you'll be able to do

  1. 1A 1-page diagnosis: delivered HTML, AI readiness and neutral questions in the AIs.
  2. 2A 30/90/180-day plan by impact × effort and a proposal with scope, limits and prerequisites.
  3. 3A folder per client with human gates and a monthly report that counts down to zero.
  4. 4The written authorization, the list of what you turn down and an offer ladder with 10 prospects.
