🗂️ Catalog 15-20 ads
Combine from 15 to 20 winning ads from the same niche and analyze them all using the same 5-dimension worksheet. With enough examples, coincidences stop being luck and become a rule.
🔑 How to organize
A simple spreadsheet: one row per ad, one column per dimension (hook, pacing, audio, narrative, CTA). Fill it in as you go.
🔢 Count frequency
Count how many times each type of hook, pacing, or CTA appears in your collection. What appears in 15 of 20 ads is, almost certainly, what works.
💡 Tip
Don't try to judge by taste. Let the numbers speak: the most frequent hook wins over the hook you "think" looks better.
🧩 Find the commonalities
Commonalities are the things winning ads have in common—the “style” the whole niche uses. They are the ones you’re going to copy in your own ad.
"Almost all of them start with a promise in the first 3s."
"Almost all of them show the price at the end."
"Almost all of them use a conversational voice."
These points become rules for your template.
✂️ Extract the 5 pieces
For each ad, separate five pieces. Once separated, they become a menu you can combine to build your ad.
📐 Build Your Template
Combine the commonalities into a sample script for your niche. This template is exactly what you’ll give the AI in Track 4 to make your video—changing only the product and brand.
📊 What a template looks like
[0-3s] promise hook → [3-8s] problem + solution → [8-12s] proof/demo → [end] price + CTA "order through the link".
🔁 50-100 ads and the pattern emerges
The more you analyze and run (50 to 100), the more the niche's pattern becomes clear and trustworthy. It’s work that builds over time: every ad you analyze makes you sharper.
✏️ Final track exercise
Build your first template based on 10-15 ads in your niche. Save it — it’s the raw material for Track 4.
