💡 How to use this library

1

🔎 Process audit prompt

Takes a process description and returns steps, timings, and automation candidates.

Processo a auditar (setor: {{setor}}):
"""
{{descricao_do_processo}}
"""

Tarefa:
1. Quebre o processo em passos numerados (ator + ação).

How to use

Paste the raw process description (it can be what the client told you in the transcribed audio). Use it at the start of the audit phase to save time.

Variables to replace

  • {{setor}} — line of business
  • {{descricao_do_processo}} — free-text description of the current step-by-step process

2

💡 Opportunity identification prompt

Lists and ranks automation opportunities by effort × impact.

Você é um consultor de automação. Dado o contexto do negócio abaixo,
proponha oportunidades de automação com IA.

Negócio: {{nome_negocio}}
Setor: {{setor}}
Tarefas/dores conhecidas:
{{lista_de_tarefas}}

Para cada oportunidade, devolva:
- nome curto
- problema que resolve
- esforço de build (BAIXO/MÉDIO/ALTO)
- impacto (BAIXO/MÉDIO/ALTO)
- "quick win"?

How to use

Run it right after the audit. The “ONE to start with” becomes your first project—usually a quick win to prove value.

Variables to replace

  • {{nome_negocio}} · {{setor}}
  • {{lista_de_tarefas}} — bullets listing the pain points from exercise 6.1

📐 Blueprint design prompt

Takes the objective and returns the trigger, tools, model, logic, and actions.

Você é um arquiteto de automações. Desenhe o blueprint para o objetivo
abaixo, usando SOMENTE as ferramentas disponíveis.

Objetivo: {{objetivo_da_automacao}}
Ferramentas disponíveis: {{stack}} // ex: n8n, WhatsApp API, Sheets
Restrições: {{restricoes}} // ex: orçamento, latência, dados sensíveis

Entregue nesta estrutura:
TRIGGER     : (1 gatilho)

How to use

Use the output as a draft blueprint for exercise 6.1.4 and refine it by hand. The constraint "only use the stack" prevents unrealistic proposals.

Variables to replace

  • {{objetivo_da_automacao}}
  • {{stack}} · {{restricoes}}
Fixed stack

⚙️ Prompt to generate automation config/logic

Translates a business rule in text into the implementable conditional logic of a node.

"""
{{regra_em_texto}}
"""

Campos disponíveis no item: {{campos}} // ex: valor, status, categoria

Devolva:
1. A lógica em pseudocódigo (if/else, sem framework específico).
2. Os campos usados e de onde vêm.

How to use

Paste the rule as the client puts it ("if the order is over R$ 200, give free shipping"). The output becomes the logic node in n8n/Make directly.

Variables to replace

  • {{regra_em_texto}}
  • {{campos}} — columns/properties of the item

5

🧱 Structured extraction prompt (JSON)

The most important prompt for automation: extracts fields from free-form text and returns Valid JSON with a fixed schema.

{
  "cliente": string | null,
  "itens": [ { "produto": string, "qtd": number } ],
  "total_estimado": number | null,
  "urgente": boolean
}

Regras:

Texto:
"""
{{texto_de_entrada}}
"""

✓ Why it works

  • ✓"JSON ONLY" prevents extra text that breaks parsing
  • ✓An explicit schema with types reduces hallucinations
  • ✓A null rule ensures the field is always present

✗ Common errors

  • ✗Forget to prohibit markdown (it returns ```json and breaks)
  • ✗Not specifying the type of each field
  • ✗Trust without validating the JSON afterward

💡 Practical tip

In the workflow, always add an try/parse later. If the JSON fails, repeat the call once or send it to a human—never let the flow continue with garbage.

💼 Business proposal prompt

Build a complete sales proposal based on the problem, solution, and ROI.

Cliente: {{cliente}}
Problema atual: {{problema}}
Solução proposta: {{solucao}}
Resultado/ROI: {{roi}}            // ex: economiza 14h/mês, R$ 510/mês
Preço: setup {{preco_setup}} · mensal {{preco_mensal}}
Prazo de entrega: {{prazo}}

Estrutura obrigatória:
2. A solução (o que muda no dia a dia)
3. Resultado esperado (ancore no ROI)
4. Investimento (preço, posicionado como fração do ganho)
5. Próximo passo (CTA com data e ação clara)

Não exagere promessas. Termine pedindo uma resposta objetiva.

How to use

Fill it with the numbers from exercise 6.1.2 (ROI). The AI generates v1; you adjust the tone for the specific client and send it.

Variables to replace

  • {{cliente}} · {{problema}} · {{solucao}}
  • {{roi}} · {{preco_setup}} · {{preco_mensal}} · {{prazo}}

📌 Module Summary

✓
One ready-to-use prompt for each stage of the cycle - audit, identify, design, configure, extract, and sell.
✓
Variables in {{braces}} - swap it out and the prompt is ready for your use case.
✓
The JSON prompt is what connects AI to the workflow - fixed schema, “JSON only,” and always validate.
✓
Output format is an instruction, not a detail - it's what makes the response automatable.
