The one-page report in the owner's language + 30-day plan
Nobody reads a long report. The owner wants to know what you found, what you recommend, what's left out, and what happens each week. All on one page, in their own words, no acronyms. This lesson pulls together what you did in the course and builds your plan with dates.
At the end of the diagnosisA page the owner understands, with one safe recommendation and a 30-day plan.

1/5
Interview
The foundation of everything: without a recent case and a counted number, the rest of the diagnosis becomes opinion.

Interview

2/5
Matrix
Requires the interview. The scores come from what the owner said, and they check them at the debrief.
3/5
Rules
Requires the matrix. Three cases, the pattern, and the rules tested on new cases (lessons 4 and 5).
4/5
Recommendation
Requires the rules. Score, cut with a reason, and check data and channel (lessons 6 and 7) before writing the page.

The whole diagnosis
Interview, matrix, rules, and recommendation. Each deliverable uses the previous one; the report only puts together what already exists.
Mandatory order: each deliverable uses what the previous one produced.
02 · Write in the owner's language
Four rules that apply to the whole page.
1. Result, not technology
Swap the technical noun for what changes on their Monday.
"Assistant with a knowledge base" becomes "answers just like the front desk, using your insurance table".
2. Their words
Quote the owner at least twice, using the exact sentence you noted in the interview.
They read it and recognize their own problem, said the way they say it.
3. The limit, said up front
Say what AI doesn't do: it doesn't decide for them, it doesn't get everything right at the start, it doesn't know what isn't written down, it doesn't update itself.
That's why the plan starts with human approval. Said up front, this reassures; discovered later, it becomes a complaint.
4. The grandparent test
Read it out loud to someone who isn't in the field. If the person asks "what is that?", rewrite it.
Would you say that sentence at the counter of the bakery? If not, it's jargon.
03 · Templates: report, translation, and checklist
The report fits on one page. Scope without price: price is a conversation for Selling with AI. Replace what's between < > with your own.

30-day plan (fictional example)
Clínica Vila Serena (fictional) — after-hours questions on WhatsApp
Week 1: count for the week done (baseline) and rules file approved by the owner
Week 2: assistant set up in testing, checked against 15 written cases (how to do it: course 2)
Week 3: live at level 1: the front desk approves each reply prepared at night, every morning
Week 4: front desk and owner trained (course 2); comparison with week 1's count; decision to continue, adjust, or shut it off
Simulation: illustrative example
The report fits on one page and passed all 10 checklist items.
There are 3 findings with evidence, 1 recommendation, and at least 1 cut with a reason.
All 4 weeks have a visible milestone, and week 4 has a decision: continue, adjust, or shut it off.
A 12-page report with a table of everything.
Three competing recommendations.
A savings number with no source ("it will save 10 hours").
A dollar amount in the diagnosis: price and proposal follow Selling with AI.

05 · Practice: the Vila Serena report
The final deliverable of the course.
E1 · One-page report
40 min
Build the report for Clínica Vila Serena (fictional) with what you produced in lessons 2 to 7, using the template. Mark at the top that the company is fictional.
Done when: the report fits on 1 page and has 3 findings with evidence, 1 recommendation, what is left out with a reason, and 4 weekly milestones.
E2 · Checklist and grandparent test
15 min
Run the report through the 10-item checklist and read it aloud to someone outside the field.
Done when: all 10 items are checked and the person who listened can say, in their own words, what you recommended.
06 · Final test
Four questions about the whole diagnosis.
Question 1 of 4
How many recommendations does the one-page report include?skill
Correct
One clear recommendation. Several competing ones look like a shopping list; cuts with a reason show judgment.
What is the order of the diagnosis deliverables?skill
Correct
Each deliverable builds on the one before: without an interview there is no grade with criteria; without written rules there is no safe recommendation.

Question 3 of 4
