Agents: hire, delegate and supervise|INEMA.CLUB-PRO

Lesson 8 · 20 min

Project: the hired agent + What changed

A new person only starts after a signed contract, a described role and a defined boss. Agents too. The project for this course is the hiring dossier: the pieces from lessons 1 to 7, put together, run through a rubric and signed by someone who didn't write them. At the end, what changed in the market, with date and source.

Start the lesson
A sales manager shows a binder with colored dividers to the company owner, who flips through it with attention from the other side of the desk.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1What goes into the hiring dossier and in what order
  2. 2Apply the rubric, including the items that fail on their own
  3. 3Who signs the hire (and why it is not the person who built it)
  4. 4What changed through October 2026, with date and source

Goal: build the agent's hiring dossier and approve it with the rubric before it starts working, with a signature from someone who did not write it.

01The hiring dossier

Four required pieces, the rubric and a signature. Click each part.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

The educational approval of the dossier does not, on its own, authorize putting the agent into production at the company: that decision remains with whoever is accountable for it.

02From draft to signature

Four steps. Hora's dossier is the practice run; your agent's dossier is the one that counts.

1. Gather the pieces

Put the pieces from lessons 1 to 7 in a single folder, in the order of the diagram, with a one-page cover: agent, process, version, owner, date and the index.

If a piece changed after it was written (the matrix gained a row in lesson 7, for example), update the version. A dossier with pieces from different versions is the first thing the rubric catches.

At HorizonteFolder "Hora · dossier v2.0": cover, job sheet, restocking delegation, constitution with 8 test cases, matrix with the checklist for the promoted action, supervision routine and the design with the collections agent.

03Templates to copy

Prompt · panel review before signing
You are the panel that reviews the hiring dossier of an AI agent,
using the rubric below. You do not approve or fail it: you point out gaps
for whoever is going to sign.

For each block of the rubric:
1. Say what is present and what is missing for full points,
quoting the passage from the dossier.
2. Mark each must-have as present or absent, with the passage.
3. List the three questions the approver should ask before signing.

Do not invent information that is not in the dossier.

04What changed · October 2026

Quarterly panel, replaced at each course review. Each item has a date, a source and the type of claim. The products are examples: the method in lessons 1 to 7 does not depend on any of them.

1. Agents became a product

OpenAI: Workspace Agents, which replace Custom GPTs, are now billed per token (07/06/2026); ChatGPT Work delivers documents, spreadsheets and slides (07/09/2026). The AgentKit Agent Builder will be shut down on 11/30/2026.

Anthropic: Managed Agents (agents that work on their own, for hours); and, in Claude Code, background computer use, in beta (09/2026). Microsoft: Agent 365, announced at Build (06/2026). Sources: each vendor's release notes and announcements.

For the dossierProducts get discontinued and change price within months. The dossier records which tool the agent uses and what happens if it changes: actions go back to yellow and the tests run again.

  1. 1/5

    Hire

The base of everything: without a mission, a verifiable deliverable and a responsible person, the other pieces have nothing to rest on. The delegation (lesson 2) comes in with it.

  2. 2/5

    Guide

Requires the job sheet. The hard cases come from real conversations; what is critical becomes a lock request for IT.

  3. 3/5

    Limit

Requires the constitution. The matrix starts tight; lesson 5 teaches you to loosen it with evidence, one action at a time, after a week of records.

  4. 4/5

    Supervise

Requires the matrix: the exception queue is everything the matrix sends to you. The team (lesson 6) comes in only if one of the three signals appears.

  5. 5/5

    The whole dossier

Hire, guide, limit and supervise, in this order. Each piece builds on the previous one, and the dossier only goes to signature when the "done when" of each step is true.

Recommended order: each piece builds on the previous one.

06Generate your plan with dates

Choose the start date and how much time you have per week. The plan respects the exercises that call for a week of real use.

07Practice

Hora's dossier to train the rubric; your agent's for real.

1 · Hora's dossier

40 min

Put together the Hora pieces you made in lessons 1 through 7, build the cover and run it through the rubric. Run the panel prompt. Fix whatever is missing until the score is above 75 with all six required items. Write down who would sign at Horizonte and why.

Done when: Hora's dossier has a cover, the pieces are all the same version, it scores 75 or more on the rubric with all six required items checked, and it names who signs, someone other than whoever built it.

2 · Your agent's dossier

60 min

Do the same with the agent for your process, using the pieces from the "in your process" practices. Hand it to someone in your area who wrote none of it, ask them to check the required items, and note their questions.

Done when: your agent's dossier scores 75 or more, has all six required items, the date of the next review, and the signature (or written acceptance) of someone who did not build it.

3 · Your dated plan

5 min

Use the generator above to build the plan with your dates and download the .ics file for your calendar.

Done when: the plan is saved and the dates are in your calendar.

08Quick quiz

4 questions. The explanation appears after your attempt.

Question 1 of 4

Hora's dossier scored 92 points, but the action "create order with no value limit" is in green. Result?
