📵 No 4K: realism > perfection

For UGC, don’t use the highest possible resolution. Ordinary people don’t record in crystal-clear 4K—that gives away that it’s an ad. A little imperfection builds trust.

✓ Looks real

  • ✓Everyday smartphone quality.
  • ✓Small, natural imperfections.

✗ Looks like an ad

  • ✗Too perfect in 4K.
  • ✗TV commercial production quality.
2

🔁 Generate variations

Generate multiple versions of the same ad — different hooks, actors, and voices — and run them all to see which one sells more. It’s the same secret from Track 1: the winner emerges when you test variations.

💡 Tip

Change one thing at a time between variations (just the hook, or just the actor). That way, you know exactly what made the difference.

3

📐 Format and Duration

Set up the video in the right format: vertical (9:16) for feed and stories, and short (around 10-15 seconds). The wrong format kills reach.

Vertical 9:16

Fills the entire phone screen.

Short

10-15s: straight to the point.

For people watching without sound.

4

🔐 Protect your passwords (keys)

The tools use “API keys”—an access password. Never paste this password directly into an AI conversation. Ask the AI for a command that stores the password securely, outside the history.

⚠️ Caution—safety rule

Treat the API key like your bank password. If you paste it into chat, it may be saved. The right way is to configure it as an "environment variable" — AI can help you with the exact command.

5

💰 The Costs

Platforms charge by credit or monthly plan. You can start small and grow based on the results. Knowing the cost prevents surprises and helps you calculate whether the ad is making a profit.

📊 How to think about the cost

The math is simple: if every $1 invested in the ad brings in more than $1 in sales, it's worth scaling. Start small, measure, and only increase what pays for itself.

6

🚀 Test, measure, scale

The cycle that multiplies: run your variations, see which one sells, put more money behind the winner and repeat. That’s how the whole method pays off — you only scale what you’ve already proven works.

🎓 You’ve completed the method!

Hunt → Deconstruct → Create → Test. Now repeat: each cycle makes you sharper, and your collection of winning ads keeps growing.
