Content: pages only you can write
With the groundwork in place, what decides things is the content. Not what any AI writes on its own, but what only you know: who is behind the site, your first-hand data, your experience. In eight lessons you declare your entity, separate territories, validate your content plan for free, write pillar pages and listing pages with real data, link everything together, and learn what not to do.

- 8short lessons
- 16exercises with "done when"
- 16items on the checklist before publishing

The lessons
In the order of the work: say who you are, decide where each thing lives, choose the content plan, write, link, and protect yourself from shortcuts.
Lesson 1 · 16 minEntity: telling search engines who is behind the siteContent only you can write starts by saying who "you" are. Google and AI tools gather pages, profiles, and mentions into an entity: a person, a brand. If the site doesn't declare this in one single way, each page looks like it was written by a different author, and your name can even be confused with someone else's.
Lesson 2 · 15 minOne territory per site and one owner page per intentIf you have more than one site, or a blog, a store, and an events page, you tend to write the same thing in several places. The result is that your pages compete with each other for the same search and both lose. This lesson decides where each type of content lives and which page is the owner page for each intent.
Lesson 3 · 18 minValidate a keyword without a paid toolWriting about what nobody searches for is wasted work; so is writing about what every big portal already owns. Before you open the editor, score each keyword with free signals: autocomplete, Google Trends, Search Console, and the search results themselves. And only move forward if you have something real to say.
Lesson 4 · 18 minPillar page and question pages with a direct answerA pillar page is the long page that covers a central topic of your business. Around it, question pages each answer one question, starting with the answer. It's not an AI trick: it's respect for people who arrived with a question. And the questions section at the end stays useful to the reader, even without the showcase Google removed in 2026.
Lesson 5 · 18 minListing pages with real data and the anti-fabrication checkA catalog of products, courses, or services becomes one page per item: the listing page. Built in bulk, with template text, it is the thin page that doesn't get indexed. Built from each item's real page, with an AI that only extracts and a check that discards whatever it made up, it becomes content only you have.
Lesson 6 · 15 minInternal links and the link ladderTo a search engine, a page with no links is a page that barely exists. Every new page needs a path to it, in the HTML the server delivers, and links going out of it to the pillar page and its sibling pages. The link ladder is the habit that guarantees this: when you publish, edit two or three older pages to point to the new one.
Lesson 7 · 15 minNews with its own page and a permanent archiveA news item that only exists as an entry in a list on the home page disappears when the list moves on, and the URL the search engine had already indexed goes with it. Every news item deserves its own address, news markup pointing to your brand, a body written only with facts from the source, and an archive that is never pruned.
Lesson 8 · 20 minScaled content and spam: what not to doWith AI, publishing a thousand pages costs almost nothing. That's exactly why Google targets scaled content: many pages made to manipulate rankings, "no matter how they are created." This lesson shows the shortcuts going around, why each one is a risk, and the right path: the 16-item checklist and a cadence that fits within human review.
Who it's for
- 1Site owners or creators who already did the foundation (course 1): verified site, one canonical only, sitemap and robots.txt decided.
- 2People who publish but don't show up in searches by people who don't know the brand yet.
- 3People being invited to "publish 500 articles with AI" who want to know why that goes wrong.
What you'll be able to do
- 1Declare author and brand with a fixed @id, so Google and AIs know who is behind the site.
- 2Give each search intent an owner page and validate your content plan without a paid tool.
- 3Write pillar pages, question pages, listing pages, and news only with real data, with an anti-fabrication check.
- 4Link your pages together and run each one through the 16-item checklist before publishing.
