Selling with AI Program · course 5 of 5 · 8 lessons
Masterclass: the calm sale, from the first hello to ongoing advisory
Building got easy. Trusting what was built did not. In eight lessons you lead the whole conversation with a method: you listen more than you talk, find the root pain and put a number on it, read the room, and close an ongoing advisory with a metric and a review date, with no pressure and no discount.

- 8short lessons
- 16hands-on exercises
- 2simulated conversations
- 12ready-made templates
The lessons
In the order the conversation happens: method and listening, diagnosis, reading the room, closing, and process.
Lesson 1 · 15 minThe calm sale: the four pillarsPeople who understand AI often get stuck in the conversation, not in the technology. This lesson replaces improvising and a memorized script with four pillars that work together: curiosity, authenticity, listening that leads, and a light close. And it shows what you actually sell in the end: trust and ongoing advisory, not the build.
Lesson 2 · 15 minTwo ears, one mouthListening seems like the easy part, and it is the rarest. This lesson separates three levels of listening, shows the talk ratio that changes the result, and teaches you to build rapport in a few minutes, without forced friendliness and without turning into someone else. Anyone who advises a company for months needs this from the very first minute.
Lesson 3 · 20 minThe diagnostic conversationThis is where the sale is won or lost. What comes after (proposal, price, signature) only tidies up what was agreed in this conversation. You will tell apart questions that fill time from questions that open up the problem, turn pain into a number, and get to the fire when the client has only shown the smoke.
Lesson 4 · 18 minWhere the client is in the decisionSaying the same thing to someone who is just starting to notice the problem and to someone who is about to sign is the most expensive mistake in the process. Here you locate the person in minutes, change your role accordingly, test the five gates of the decision, and disqualify people who aren't clients without feeling guilty.
Lesson 5 · 17 minThe five energy signalsEvery conversation carries information that isn't in the words. This lesson teaches you to read five concrete signals (voice, verbs, the way they tell it, resistance, and the speech of someone who has already decided) and what to do with each one the moment it shows up. Reading the other person starts with reading yourself.
Lesson 6 · 16 minThree biases that drive a purchaseNobody decides with a spreadsheet alone. Three mental shortcuts show up in almost every purchase: losing hurts more than gaining, nobody wants to be the first, and what has already been invested weighs heavily. You will recognize them, use them only with true facts, and know exactly where the line is. This is where trust lives.
Lesson 7 · 20 minThe three-step closing sequenceClosing is not a lucky shot at the end of the conversation: it is a sequence of three moves, preceded by an agenda and followed by a date on the calendar. And what you close here is not a build project: it is ongoing advisory, the 90-day mentorship with the managers, with a metric and a review date.
Lesson 8 · 20 minPrice, objections and the engine of the processThe last lesson closes the cycle: what to say when they ask for the price too early, why the people who haggle the most tend to be the worst clients, how the objection changes with the stage, and which numbers in your process turn luck into method. And the work that starts after the signature: the ongoing advisory.
Who it's for
- 1People who sell AI diagnostics, reviews, mentoring or training to companies and get stuck in the conversation, not in the technique.
- 2People who feel they have to become someone else to sell, or who end up discounting the price to make up for their insecurity.
- 3People who have already done courses 1 to 4 of the program and want the method for the conversation, from the first hello to the commitment.
What you will be able to do
- 1Listen on three levels and let the client take up most of the conversation.
- 2Lead the diagnosis in five milestones and leave with the pain as a number, said by the client themselves.
- 3Read the five energy signals and use three biases only with true facts.
- 4Close an ongoing advisory in three steps, with a metric and a review date, and track the four numbers of your process.
Where this course fits in Professional 2030
- 1Professional 2030 has four roles: Consultant, Auditor, Mentor and Trainer. All four sell trust, not building.
- 2This course teaches you to sell the ongoing advisory: the 90-day mentorship with managers (the Mentor role) and the monthly advisory. You don't sell the build project.
- 3The common base it uses: ethics and limits (saying what you know and what you don't) and the conversation with the person who decides.
