43 Opportunities: choose your role

Building got easy. Trusting what was built did not. In eight lessons, you run the 43 opportunities to sell AI through a five-box filter: Consultant, Auditor, Mentor, Trainer, or building that loses value. You leave with a chosen role and a 30-day plan.

The lessons

First the filter and the funnel. Then the 43, in six groups. At the end, a role and a 30-day plan.

  1. Lesson 1 · 16 minThe filter: four roles and a trapThe 43 opportunities look like 43 different businesses. Almost all of them fit into a few boxes. Building became easy and cheap, so anyone who only delivers the building competes on price. What a company buys is trust: someone who diagnoses, reviews, follows up and teaches. This lesson builds the filter you will use throughout the whole course.
  2. Lesson 2 · 18 minThe trust funnel and the 15-minute conversationNobody buys on the first sentence. Between "this person exists" and "this person is going to get my money" there are small steps, and each one is a separate sale. In the 43 Opportunities the path is the same: proof, lead magnet, conversation, diagnostic and follow-up. The piece that decides everything is the 15-minute conversation.
  3. Lesson 3 · 16 minThe entry doors: opportunities 1 to 5The 43 look like 43 businesses. In practice they are three verbs in different combinations: teach, diagnose and deliver the thing that was built. The five entry doors show the whole shift: training, roadmap and diagnostic move up; store and scheduling became a piece of a bigger service.
  4. Lesson 4 · 16 minFrom foot in the door to system: opportunities 6 to 10Here the deliverable becomes infrastructure: website, second brain, company system, prototypes and micro-SaaS. Three of them are pure building and have lost value. Two become Mentor work, because the hard part is not assembling: it's getting someone at the company to own what was assembled and getting the handoff to IT done cleanly.
  5. Lesson 5 · 17 minProduct, content and position: opportunities 11 to 19This is the group with the most building on the list: ready-made programs, creatives, faceless channels, funnels. The tool is the same for everyone, so whoever only produces competes on price. Two opportunities move up, and not because of technique: because of position. Being the fractional owner of the plan and stepping in to fix what already exists.
  6. Lesson 6 · 18 minEducation, community and systems: opportunities 20 to 29This group is where the trust roles show up the most. Guides, courses, community and cohorts form the Trainer's ladder. The 90-day program is mentoring. Making the improvised app solid is review. And the large company is closed by training the internal team. The building that's left has lost its price, and the source says so in plain words.
  7. Lesson 7 · 15 minNiches with a barrier: opportunities 30 to 36All seven in this group are building: dormant-base reactivation, finance, events, health, public tenders, visualization, and data extraction. What they have in common is the barrier, and the barrier is trust: a contact who gave permission, a notice said in big letters, a decision that is not yours, and a guarantee only with a measured baseline.
  8. Lesson 8 · 18 minAudience levers and your 30-day planForty-three opportunities read and none carried out are worth zero. This lesson closes the filter with the last seven and turns the top one in your table into a role and a four-week plan, with closed tasks and goals in numbers.

Who it's for

  1. 1People who want to sell AI services to companies and don't know where to start yet.
  2. 2People who already build websites, agents or automations and feel they compete only on price.
  3. 3People who want to choose a role built on trust instead of following the trendy opportunity.

What you'll be able to do

  1. 1Sort any opportunity into one of the five boxes and cut it by the five criteria.
  2. 2Run the 15-minute diagnostic conversation and propose the next paid step.
  3. 3Turn a build (website, scheduling, store) into part of a trusted service.
  4. 4Leave with a chosen role and a 30-day plan with goals in numbers.

Where this course fits in Professional 2030

  1. 1Professional 2030 has four roles: Consultant, Auditor, Mentor and Trainer. All four sell trust, not building.
  2. 2This course is the front door: it shows the four roles across the 43 opportunities so you can choose yours.
  3. 3Common base it uses: AI without hype, and ethics and limits (saying what you don't do).
