The entry doors: opportunities 1 to 5

The 43 look like 43 businesses. In practice they are three verbs in different combinations: teach, diagnose and deliver the thing that was built. The five entry doors show the whole shift: training, roadmap and diagnostic move up; store and scheduling became a piece of a bigger service.

Start the lesson
An instructor teaches a small office team around a table with open laptops.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1The three verbs behind the 43
  2. 2Why training and roadmap move up
  3. 3Putting together a diagnostic with no access at all
  4. 4Where store and scheduling fit in now

Goal: separate the doors that move up (teaching, roadmap, diagnostic) from the builds, and put together a short diagnostic with three wins.

01Opportunities 1 to 5 in the filter

Three move up, two become a piece. Click each box.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

Verb map from the source: teach (1, 20, 21, 23), diagnose (2, 3, 17, 37), deliver (4, 5, 9, 10). The more verbs together, the higher the barrier.

02The three that go up

What it is, who it's for, and the first step this week.

1. 1 · Training

You teach the team to use AI in their own concrete work: an opening talk, a hands-on workshop, or training for the internal instructors. For mid-sized companies with lots of manual processes and teams that already use AI badly and know it.

First step: record yourself solving a boring task from your day with AI, with no fancy edits, and publish it. Then offer a free 45-minute session to a company you know.

Honest testRecord yourself teaching. If you end your sentences with "does that make sense?" and a rising tone, you don't understand it well enough yet to teach it.

Use it with what you really observed. Nothing made up.

Prompt · short diagnostic of a real business
You are an operations consultant. I'm going to give you what I was able to observe publicly about a company.
Don't make up data: when information is missing, write "not observable" and say how I would confirm it.

Company: <segment and city>
What I observed: <what the site has and doesn't have; how they respond; what customers complain about in reviews;
what the public presence shows; roughly how many employees they seem to have>

Deliver:
1. The THREE most expensive leaks these signals suggest, each with an estimate of how much it may cost
per month and the math that supports the estimate.
2. For each leak, the simplest possible fix, the one I can show working within a week.
3. A 5-line message that I send along with the diagnostic, with no link and without asking for anything in return.
4. The question they will probably ask after reading it, so I can arrive with the answer ready.

04Practice

This is the lead magnet you will use in the 30-day plan.

1 · Short diagnostic of a real company

45 min

Choose a local niche, list ten well-reviewed companies, and run the short diagnostic for one of them with what you observed.

Done when: the diagnostic has 3 leaks, and each one cites an observable signal you actually saw; none of them is "they probably have integration problems".

2 · Classify the five in your table

10 min

Enter opportunities 1 to 5 in the filter table, with the box and the five criteria. For 4 and 5, write which service they become part of.

Done when: the 5 rows are in the table, with Y/N on the 5 criteria, and rows 4 and 5 say which role they become a piece of.

05Quick test

3 questions.

Question 1 of 3

The client says they already made an AI plan by chatting with a tool. What does the roadmap offer that the tool doesn't?

06Summary

Training is the most stableThe tool changes and someone has to translate.
Roadmap sells judgmentAI agrees with whoever is asking; it doesn't prioritize on its own.
Diagnostic became a lead magnetFree, specific and repeatable for twenty companies in the same niche.
Store and scheduling become partsThe Mentor accompanies the owner; the Consultant measures the clock.
