Selling with AI 1 · 43 Opportunities|INEMA.CLUB-PRO

Lesson 8 · 18 min

Audience levers and your 30-day plan

Forty-three opportunities read and none carried out are worth zero. This lesson closes the filter with the last seven and turns the top one in your table into a role and a four-week plan, with closed tasks and goals in numbers.

Start the lesson
A person plans at a desk with a four-week paper calendar and blank sticky notes, early in the morning.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1Where opportunities 37 to 43 land
  2. 2The four weeks: choose, lead magnet, batch, proposal
  3. 3Measure by batch, changing one variable at a time
  4. 4Generate your plan with dates

Goal: choose a role and leave with a dated 30-day plan, with goals in numbers and an objective criterion to continue or switch.

01Opportunities 37 to 43 in the filter

Two move up, five are building. Click each box.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

Final filter score: Consultant 5, Auditor 3, Mentor 3, Trainer 5, building 27.

  1. 1/5

    Choose and prove

Run the candidates from the table through the five criteria and keep one. Run it once, for free, for someone you know: you need your own proof before any conversation.

  2. 2/5

    Lead magnet and list

Turn what you did into a repeatable lead magnet. Build the list of twenty companies and write the five-line message, with no link.

  3. 3/5

    Batch and conversation

Send to all twenty. Note how many replied and how many booked a conversation. Don't change anything in the middle of the batch: without a closed batch there is no information, only feeling.

  4. 4/5

    Propose and adjust

Run the conversations with the script from lesson 2. Change one variable for the next batch and make at least one proposal, with no apology.

  5. 5/5

    The whole cycle

Filter, lead magnet, conversation and proposal. Lessons 4 to 7 go into the plan generated below, with the full table of the 43.

A batch is closed: change only one variable between one batch and the next. Only after three batches can you say "it doesn't work".

Prompt · your 30-day plan
You are my project manager and you are tough on me. I am going to run ONE service over the next 4 weeks.
Chosen role: <consultant, auditor, mentor or trainer>
Service: <what I deliver, e.g.: short diagnostic + roadmap>
My context: I have <hours per week> free, <available cash>, and I know how to do <skills>.
Target niche: <sector and focus, e.g.: dental clinics with 2 offices in my city>

Build:
1. The tasks for each week, at most 3 per week, each one fitting my real time.
2. The numeric goals for each week (lead magnets produced, contacts, conversations).
3. What I must have DONE on day 30 to say it was worth it, in facts, not in feeling.
4. The 3 signs that I chose wrong and should switch on day 30, each one checkable with a number.
5. The 5 most likely excuses I will use to avoid doing it, and the answer to each one.
No "stay committed". I want tasks with a verb, a number and a day.

04Practice

The two exercises that close the course.

1 · Written 30-day plan

30 min

Finish the table of the 43, sort it by number of "yes", and run the prompt for the first one.

Done when: no week has more than 3 tasks, every goal has a number, and the 3 switch signs can be checked with a number (not "I didn't like the process").

2 · Plan with dates and a revised draft

20 min

Generate the plan below with your start date. Write the draft of your offer, even a bad one, and take it to someone to look at.

Done when: the plan's .md file is saved, the .ics is in your calendar, and one person has given back at least one comment on the draft.

05Generate your plan with dates

Choose the start date and how much time you have per week. The plan includes the 17 exercises in the course.

06Final test

4 questions about the whole course.

Question 1 of 4

Week 3 ended and nobody replied. What should you do?skill
