Lesson 8 · 22 min

Deliver, follow up, and the 30-day plan

A well-written contract doesn't protect anyone from an unhappy client. What protects you is fast, visible delivery in the first week. Delivery doesn't end the relationship, it opens it. This lesson shows how to deliver inside the client's accounts, review an agent by its five parts, follow up without overwhelming, and close out your 30-day plan to your first client.

Start the lesson
A consultant shows three employees of a distributor a whiteboard with sticky notes in four columns.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1Deliver fast, inside the client's accounts
  2. 2Review an agent's instructions by its 5 parts
  3. 3Follow up, find the next problem, and ask for the right testimonial
  4. 4Generate your 30-day plan with dates

Goal: deliver fast inside the client's accounts, review the agent by its 5 parts, and build your 30-day plan to your first client.

01The cycle after the yes

It's not a straight path, it's a cycle. Click each step.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

That's why the fifth client is easier than the first, and why the first needs to be cheap.

02Review an agent: the 5 parts

An agent's quality lives in one block of text, the instruction. Reviewing the five parts is a trust service, even when someone else built it.

1. Context and action

Where it is, who it talks to, and the three things it does, nothing more.

An agent with a goal like "close as many as possible" is already a warning sign: there is no limit.

03Templates to copy

You can use the checklist with any agent. The testimonial request goes out the week of delivery.

Agent review checklist
AGENT INSTRUCTION REVIEW · <company> · <date>
Scope: AI risk assessment and triage; it is not a pentest, nor incident
response, nor legal advice. Written authorization: [ ] yes

CONTEXT [ ] says who it is, where it is and who it talks to
ACTION [ ] lists what it does (at most 3 things)
RULES [ ] forbids making up information outside the data
[ ] has a cap for discounts, prices and order value
[ ] ignores orders pasted into the customer's text
[ ] requires human approval for actions involving money or data
FORMAT [ ] short messages; says it is an AI when asked
SAFETY [ ] exact phrase for when it doesn't know
[ ] exact phrase for handing off to a person
[ ] log of what it did (who, when, how much)

FIXES (one per line, with the part and where you saw it)
1. <part> · <what is missing> · <where you saw it> · <proposed fix>
2.
3.
Testimonial request
Hi <name>, I'm glad it's working well.
Can I ask you a two-minute favor? A few words from you help a lot
with future clients. It doesn't need to be polished: just answer
these, by voice message if that's easier:
1. What was the problem before?
2. What changed afterward?
3. What made you say yes, even though you didn't know me?
If you prefer, I'll write it based on your answers and send it to you for approval.
Prompt · my 30-day plan
Build my 30-day plan to land my first AI audit client.
MY NICHE = <sector>
MY ENTRY OFFER = <what it is and the price>
HOURS PER DAY = <number> DAYS AVAILABLE = <which ones>
START DATE = <date>

W1 niche, offer and authorization form · W2 list and script ·
W3 call every day · W4 meeting, audit and testimonial.

1. A day-by-day calendar, at most 3 tasks per day, fitting the hours.
Concrete, verifiable tasks; nothing like "study the subject".
2. The NUMERIC TARGET for each week (companies on the list, calls,
   meetings, audits).
3. The 3 points where I will probably get stuck, and what to do at each.
4. One STOP CRITERION per week: the signal to change the approach.
If the hours are not enough, say so on the first line and propose 45 days.

  1. 1/5

    Audit

Your entry offer: written authorization, an inventory of apps and agents, three risks and the 30-day plan. Practice on Horizonte Distribuidora.

  2. 2/5

    Price

Requires the audit. Put an entry price on the audit and on the services it leads to.

  3. 3/5

    Prospect

Requires the list from lesson 5. Practice in the simulation, then call every business day.

  4. 4/5

    Deliver

Requires the meeting from lesson 7. Deliver fast, review it using the 5 parts, and ask for the testimonial the same week.

  5. 5/5

    The whole cycle

The audit opens the door, the price is a test, the call books the meeting, and the delivery creates the proof for your next client. Lessons 1, 2, 5, and 7 go into the plan generated below.

Portfolio (lesson 1), niche (lesson 2), list (lesson 5), and meeting (lesson 7) go into the plan with dates.

05Generate your plan with dates

Choose your start date and how much time you have each week. The plan includes all 16 exercises in the course.

06Practice

Finishing the course changes nothing on its own. The difference is almost never knowledge: it's week 3.

1 · Review of the Horizonte agent

40 min

Open the WhatsApp agent piece in the lab and read its instruction. Go through the review checklist part by part and write down the corrections.

Done when: the 5 parts are checked off on the checklist and there are at least 3 corrections, each with the part, where you saw it, and the proposed fix. The full review of the agent is work for the Auditor program.

2 · Your 30-day plan

30 min

Use the generator above with your start date and your hours. If you want to detail it day by day, also run the plan prompt.

Done when: you downloaded the plano.md and the .ics, the first block of calls is on your calendar, and each week has a numeric goal.
