The agentic company and the 2027 manager|INEMA.CLUB-PRO

Lesson 7 · 20 min

Career: who is adjusting and how

When the agent handles the information handoff and the report, the work of whoever coordinates changes shape. Managers, juniors, HR and IT are adjusting in different ways, and the market already offers governance, security and vendor certifications. In this lesson you choose your own move, learn how to evaluate a certification, and leave with a 90-day plan.

Start the lesson
In a bright room, an experienced professional explains something to two younger colleagues and an older man, around a table with laptops.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1The four moves: manager, junior, HR and IT
  2. 2What AIGP, AAISM, ISO/IEC 42001 and vendor credentials cover
  3. 3Why none of them teaches you to manage an agent day to day
  4. 4A 90-day plan with dated milestones and one certification evaluated

Goal: choose your career move and evaluate an external certification by what it covers and requires, before deciding to take it.

01Four career moves

Each block is a common starting point and where it is heading. Click to see what goes, what stays and what comes in.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

These moves summarize the program's October 2026 market overview. There is no reliable data counting job openings by new title, so it does not appear here.

02What each move asks of you

Four readings, with the source for each fact. The examples are from Horizonte, a fictional study company.

1. Manager

Gartner's October 2024 forecast speaks of cutting layers of middle management by the end of 2026. Deloitte and McKinsey describe the same manager differently: less handoff, more coordination, review and training.

The move is to stop being the channel that information passes through and become the person who sets limits, reviews exceptions and develops the team, both people and agents.

At HorizontePatrícia stops building the weekly report by hand and starts deciding the 5% to 10% discounts, approving orders above R$ 5 mil and developing Juliana.

03The certification landscape and how to evaluate one

What existed in October 2026, according to the training program's market overview. No independent "agent management" certification was found. Before deciding, check the price and rules on the official page.

1. Who issues it and since when has it existed?
2. What does it cover, in up to 5 items?
3. What is the prerequisite to take the exam?
4. How much does it cost and how long does it take?
5. Does it certify the person or the company?
6. Does it address managing AI agents day to day (delegating, giving authority limits,
supervising)? Quote the passage, if there is one.

Patrícia Lima · Horizonte Distribuidora, fictional study company · start 11/03/2026

  • Move: manager → hybrid team manager.
  • Leaves: weekly report built by hand. Grows: authority limit, exception queue, developing Juliana.
  • Milestone 1 (11/30): map of the 9 objects of the sales area with 9 owners.
  • Milestone 2 (12/31): two weeks of order baseline measured.
  • Milestone 3 (01/31): Hora's hiring dossier approved by Carlos (course G3).
  • Certification evaluated: AIGP. Decision: not now; no Horizonte client asks for it, and it covers governance, not the day-to-day routine with Hora.
  • Follows up: Carlos, conversation at the end of each month.

05Practice

Three Horizonte people to develop; your own career for real.

1 · Three moves at Horizonte

20 min

For Patrícia, Juliana and Rafael, write each person's move (from the four in the diagram), what leaves and what grows in their work. Then, for each one, say whether any certification in the overview would make sense and why, using the evaluation sheet.

Done when: all three have a move, one line for what leaves and one for what grows, and a decision about certification with a reason ("not needed" also counts, as long as it says why).

2 · Your 90-day plan

30 min

Fill in the 90-day plan. Choose one certification from the overview that has some connection to your role, open the official page, run the prompt on its text and fill in the evaluation sheet. Schedule the first conversation with whoever will follow up on the plan.

Done when: the plan has the move, three dated milestones, the program courses in the chosen order, one external certification evaluated with the sheet with a decision and reason, and the first conversation scheduled on the calendar.

06Video: from technician to agent manager

Nei explains why the technical part gets more accessible every month and the value moves to the decision: what to build, what stays with the person, what goes to the agent. And why your know-how doesn't show up in any certificate.
