Lesson 8 · 18 min

30-day plan: one trusted service delivered

The goal of these 30 days is not a big contract. It's a small yes: someone who didn't know you pays a little for a first diagnosis, review or teaching session, you deliver on time and send a one-page report. A bigger contract is a result of the following months, not of the first one.

Start the lesson
Paper calendar on a corkboard wall with a few days marked by hand.

In this lesson you will

  1. 1Write the success criteria for the 30 days
  2. 2Chain the four weeks together
  3. 3Track five numbers every Friday
  4. 4Generate your plan with dates

Goal: build a 30-day plan with a single goal: one small yes delivered on time, with a one-page report.

01The four weeks and the loop

Each week only exists because the previous one happened. Click on each one.

Click each block in the diagram to see what it does.

From month 2 on, you don't start over: you turn the cycle, and each turn leaves proof behind.

02The criteria and the numbers

Measure what you control.

1. The success criteria

On day 30 you hit the goal if you can say, without making anything up: I did the service I sell and three real people used or read it; I talked to companies in my profile; I led diagnostic calls with the person who decides; I closed a small yes and delivered on time, with a report.

"Feeling ready" doesn't count: it can't be measured and it never arrives.

You run the plan once. The review, every Friday.

4. Diga qual número eu persigo na semana que vem e qual eu ignoro.
Seja direto e não elogie os números.

04Practice

The dated plan comes out of the generator at the end of the lesson.

1 · 30-day plan with dates

20 min

Run the plan prompt with your real time, then generate the dated plan at the end of this lesson. Import the .ics into your calendar.

Done when: the plan is in a table, with at most 3 tasks per day and one success number per week, and the dates are in your calendar.

2 · First Friday review

15 min

At the end of the first week, write down the five numbers and run the Friday review.

Done when: the review points to a single step as the bottleneck, with 3 actions for it, and you've marked which number you'll chase the following week.

05Quick quiz

4 questions. The explanation appears after your attempt.

Question 1 of 4

End of week 2: 300 companies in the spreadsheet and no conversations. What does that tell you?

16 exercises

  1. 1/5

    Prove

The foundation of everything: do the service you sell and document it. Without your own proof, the rest is just talk.

  2. 2/5

    Introduce yourself

Requires the proof. Say who you help, what changes, what you don't do, and when you call in a specialist.

  3. 3/5

    Close

Requires the identity. Measure the problem, ask for the smallest yes, reduce scope instead of giving a discount, and leave with a date.

  4. 4/5

    Report

Requires the delivery. The report is the proof that stays and opens the advisory conversation.

  5. 5/5

    The trust loop

A kept promise becomes trust, trust becomes a bigger scope, and the cycle starts again higher. Lessons 3, 5, 7 and 8 go into the plan generated below.

Trust (lesson 3), closing without pushing (lesson 5), scripts (lesson 7) and the plan (lesson 8) go into the plan with dates.

07Generate your plan with dates

Choose the start date and how much time you have per week. The plan includes the 16 exercises in the course.
